Needed a mattress immediately do to major issue with the one my husband and I purchased online. We got an appointment the same day and went home with a brand new mattress the same day! John helped us find the perfect mattress. We got to test the firmness and softness of the different mattresses to find this perfect fit for us. Great quality and extremely comfortable! About 2 years ago we purchased a bed from Jesse. From the start he is very helpful, asking a lot of questions to make sure he gets you a mattress that is suited for you. We unfortunately had an issue with the mattress (not very common) but the moment I emailed him to let him know and see see about our warranty (our 10 year warranty). He was right on top of it. Made sure to get me the things to fill out. Made sure to follow through with the manufacturer. Kept me updated, when the time came to get our mattress he had us come in and see if we were happy with the one we had or if we wanted to change it out. Then, he delivered the new one to us. All around just a fantastic experience and one of the best beds Ive ever had.

These reviews are from friends on their Facebook. The prices are not 50 - 80% off as stated. These guys are scammers that cut the labels off and put their own labels on them. No reputable brand would allow a two bit company to do that to their mattresses. They arent name brand mattress, just cheap knock offs they buy in bulk. Trying to sell me a mattress for $1250 - $1,350 dollars! So youre telling me that mattress for $1,350 is worth 50 - 80% more?! Couldnt even tell me the name of the mattress and right away goes Ill take $50 off it. Not to mention having me lay on mattresses wrapped in plastic?! How can you feel a mattress through plastic?! Unreal really. They constantly spam Facebook marketplace every single day with multiple ads saying the same thing over and over. Who ever gives them business is just plain dumb.

I found his ad on Facebook market and sent a request for information. He was very prompt to respond back to me I was traveling back from out of town and his last appointment was supposed to be at 2:45 but my GPS gave me after that time for arrival I informed him and he waited on me which I thought was very kind of him to do on a Friday. Once I arrive to the store he kindly allowed me to browse and offered up information when asked and let me feel very comfortable. Once I finished my purchase he offered additional supplies to maintain the mattress I had purchased I opted to do a delivery to and which he hand delivered my mattress and bed frame. He was such a gentleman being a single mother he helped me put the bed frame together which was very kind also if I need anything in the future and this ram I will definitely call Mr. Jesse and I will definitely be referring anyone that I know to see him.
