This summer my pool was pond green and being that this is my first pool and knowing nothing about pools they guided me every step of the way to get it crystal clear. It was a little bit of a process but they kept a positive attitude and always made me feel welcomed when I would comeIn to have water tested to see what next steps I should take. They sent two guys out early. It took them about 3 hours total, which included hand spreading close to 4ton of sand, to install our pool and filter system (27×52)After they were finished they explained the pool and provided me with literature. They were polite, kind and didnt mind doing this with me spectating and little kids around.

My filter control flow valve started leaking after starting up this year. Called several places no luck. Called outside leisure pools and young boy answered phone, asked for a flow control rebuild kit for dream line pool filter, he stated we only Sale Hayward products and probably wouldn’t have anything for that. I hung up only to see Dream line is manufactured only for Hayward pool systems. Called back same boy answered phone. Asked again for rebuild kit, let me ask my manager, no we don’t have any. Asked do you have the whole flow control valve head, boys answer, might but it would be in parts and I would have to look and we have a lot of customers on floor. Told him to forget about it if he didn’t have time to look and sell me any parts and hung up. I have never had someone help until the point they would have to look for something and pretty much in his statement I don’t have time. Really disappointed since I bought the pool their and all my chemicals for past 5 years.

Update- In a time of shortage, Scott was able to find me a liner. We figured out a schedule time that works great for me, and everything is perfect. He took responsibility, acknowledged his mistake, apologized, and made everything right. At first, I was just done. Now, Im glad that I didnt give up on the company! I appreciate yall going over and above to make me a happy customer!Today, I called and requested a replacement liner. I was told that they had one left in stock in my pools size. I drove there, and then they told me that I couldnt have the liner because they had 2 installs pending, and something may be wrong with one of those liners. In addition, if those were good, they needed it for customers whose pools were still under warranty. My questions is, why are those customers more important than me? After all, I bought my pool from this location. Are long term customers not as important as new ones? They have their product already. That liner should have been mine. In addition, Scott said that he would check around and get back with me today. I did NOT receive that call back.

The experience here was terrible the man working is very rude and condescending. I witness the employee here run a mans credit card for a down payment and ask him in front of everyone what was his daily credit card limit. Then proceeded to tell him after he ran the card that he has to pay the whole pool off before he is scheduled. Meanwhile we were waiting to be checked out and the four young teenage boys working just stared and started cutting up. Keep in mind my family has shopped here for 16 years and the last two times we have been in here they were rude and if you call them on the phone they have absolutely no customer service. I would recommending going anywhere else but here.

Went in with my husband, basically just to look around as we had just moved to the area and bought a house. We were treated very disrespectfully. The owner was nasty and rude and told us that if we did not know what we werent going to buy anything than just leave. We might have bought something- we just werent sure what we wanted just yet.

After talking with him for only about 20 minutes, I knew that we were going to purchase our new pool from him.After we paid for it and the pool was installed (you know, the time when the sales folks usually have moved on and forgotten all about you), Scott has stayed involved. He has tested our water and made recommendations for pool chemical usage. His knowledge is great and his on-going support has been most appreciated. I normally dont write reviews but Scott at Outside in leisure products always knows exactly what to do and does a great job at saving you money as a consumer. He is a pleasure to deal with. I did a lot of research before I bought a pool and Scott only seemed to care and I knew my money was well spent with him. He always goes over and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get you back and going whether it be parts for your motor and pump or the right chemicals to clear up your pool. I drive 45 minutes and have 2 or 3 other places near me, but I still choose to drive for the customer service and knowing I am being steered in the right direction.

I bought my pool from here about 8 years ago and have been getting all my chemicals and supplies from there. And I always talk to Scott about the needs of my pool . He is always a great big help. And about two years ago he talked to me about easy pool. That was the best thing ever. My grandkids have skin irritations and easy pool doesnt break them out like the shock does. It is so easy to use. Yes I know it is more money but it is totally worth it. When my wife decided a pool was in our future many concerns bounced through my head (type, cost, location for placement, upkeep, etc.). So I began my research prior to just jumping in so to speak. There were many options to all my questions online but I decided that speaking with an expert was going to be my best avenue. When I met Scott and explained what I was thinking, he took the time I needed to make the best choice for my new investment. My family has been able to enjoy the pool for over 10 years now. Pool was purchased 3 years ago had issues ever since from liner having a small hole to motor going out a year after purchase. they do not stand behind there products they sell all they do is suggest another friend of theres that can fix the issue.

Very helpful when I had questions

I bought a pool in the summer of 2018. Great service and easy to work with. They got me on a new product called EZ Pool. That made treating the pool super simple! That fall, we closed the pool and put the pump in storage to keep it out of the weather and cold temperatures. In the summer of 2019 we reopened the pool, but the pump was making a very loud noise. I called Outside In Leisure and spoke with Scott. He asked me to bring the pump in and he would take a look at it. I did and he checked it out, but could not fix it. So, he swapped it out for a new one. A few days later I noticed that my filter was spitting sand back into the pool. Scott was so helpful with my last issue, so I call him again. He walked me through some trouble shooting, but it did not resolve it. He asked me to empty out the sand and bring one of the parts in for him to look at. He inspected the part and replaced my sand for free. Somehow this process fixed the issue. While I was there, I asked him if there was some easier tools to help me clean my pool. He started by showing me some inexpensive tools and then showed me a new robotic pool cleaner called Dolphin S50. It was a lot more expensive, but after seeing it work on one of their pools and could see how much time it would save me, I bought it. Between the EZ Pool and Dolphin, my pool takes very little time to maintain. Scot never made me feel pressured to buy anything and has been very helpful. Excellent customer service!!!

Went to purchase a pool had a customer we waited he then came to us but another customer came in he said give him one moment took care of them then another customer walked in he helped them and told us thank you for your patience while still helping other customer. We left and bought with cash at another pool store.

My pool was installed on the 13th of July in a speedy and efficient manner by a couple of the nicest guys ive met. We had water delivered the same day. I followed the directions provided for adding chemicals. The next day my pool was ready to swim in! I was expecting to have trouble getting the pool to clear up but the folks at Outside In know their stuff! Id recommend them to everyone!

My wife and I purchased a spa/hot tub in 2016 thru Scott and not only did we get a reasonable price he was also very helpful with advice on chemicals amd general info on maintenance of spa. Fast forward one and one half years. We also purchased the 27 ft above ground pool package. He has always been very attentive to any questions and when we had water delivered and had problems with chlorine levels did pretty extensive tests to find the problem. Phosphate s in the water. A+ rating from the Payne family.

We bought our Cabo II from Scott at Outside In Leisure Products on 28 By-Pass in Anderson. We had researched different spas and visited other show rooms including in Greenville and surrounding towns. I can not say enough about Scott (and no, he is not related to me nor do I work there) and his professionalism. He went into detail after detail about their spas so that we could make the best decision based on our needs. The install was a breeze. We had our own electrical person get everything ready for hook-up. I have been back into the store several times to test the water and for additional information and supplies. Each time Scott has gone above and beyond to make sure I have my spa water clear and perfect for us to enjoy. I have always wanted a spa and now I have an awesome one.
