We have used Electric City Crane for a couple of jobs and Tim has been our operator both times. He’s very proficient and safety oriented. Justin, the owner has been great with getting us scheduled for service when needed. We definitely recommend this company and Tim!

Sign took for ever for an installation date letters damaged screws missing and the s at the end that was suppose to be illuminated was already blown on a new sign... I could understand if we bought used but we bought new at a fairly high price and looks ruff and cheaply done

Very dissatisfied with pretty much everything. Finally got installation over 30 days past the promised date, lighted sign quality is almost the worst on the street (LED bright spots visible from the road), the non-lit signs look cheap cheap cheap, and the font and spacing on the phone number makes it unreadable from the road...and we still have unresolved issues with no response or action.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SIGN COMPANY AT ALL. This company is ridiculous. This company has absolutely no regard for their customer. They are shady, make up lies on why your sign does not get installed on the date they promise, give the customer a run around. They cancelled my installation (and never notified me-until I called to find out why my sign was not installed), after it was already 3 weeks late, they promised another date for install, then cancelled that install date too at the last minute.They are great with customer service...until they get your money (required before your sign is made), after that, its good luck getting them to install your sign! When you ask to speak to the owner you will speak to a cocky fella named Chad Ridgeway- who comes across and lets you know that he really does not care about your concerns. I will never recommend this company to anyone in search of a sign company. The experience was awful. I would rather pay double and deal with a decent, reliable company rather than this shady business.
