Yesterday was my first appointment after being referred by a friend to see Dr. Glynn for contacts.First impression from the minute I walked in was WOW, this place is so cool, fun and very cozy!! Everyone was so friendly and especially Dr. Glynn. She was so patient and kind and is really helping me find the best contact fit for my crazy prescription. Never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to going to my next appointment and I am excited to try some of the unique Todd Roger glasses on as well.

I’ve been going to Todd for over 20 years. I love the quality of the Zeiss lenses and the beautiful tortoise shell frames I have for both my regular glasses and sunglasses. Both of them are in his own line of Todd Rogers glasses. They really fit my personality and make me feel stylish. But, besides the excellent quality of his glasses, is the way he treats his customers. He gives everyone his special attention and has such and expertise in fitting you in the frames that it’s amazing! Also his warmth, compassion and humor put you at ease. And he absolutely stands behind his work. Customer service is king and if you want the extra TLC, I highly recommend Todd. Don’t be fooled into getting the cheapest glasses you can find. In the end you won’t be happy. Through experience I have found that going to Todd Rogers glasses are worth every penny!

This place has the most unique exterior reminiscent of a high end downtown pub. The interior is well designed and is very cosy.I have been coming here for exams for a few years and never had a bad experience. Dr.Glynn is always super and so is Todd. Always a pleasure!

Exceptional! The aesthetic of the store itself makes you feel as though youve stepped onto a movie set, and the care and attention you get from the staff makes you feel like a celebrity. From the careful explanations during your eye exams with Dr. Glynn to the staffs patience in choosing the right frames for you and your children, everyone who works at this optical studio knows their stuff and shares that expertise. In addition, the frames are stylish and stunning (my preference is for the Todd Rogers line) and I strongly recommend Todd Rogers Eyewear to anyone looking for an excellent experience, a knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a dose of whimsy and fun in our task-filled lives.

Never thought I would ever say this about an eyewear place, but it is honestly always a pleasure to visit Todd Rogers even for just a quick adjustment to a pair of glasses. Not only are all the frames made at the highest quality, but the environment inside is unique and interesting. I highly recommend this place as your experience with them goes far beyond just buying a pair of glasses.

I’ve been going to Todd for years. Excellent service and I always get the perfect pair of glasses. Dr. Glynn is wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable. Walked in today and was as happy as I can be. Todd met me at the door and although I had not purchased my glasses there, he helped me out with an adjustment to the frame, and then handed me a new case for free to protect them. He was exceptionally personable and plain nice. If youre in need of an exam or eye wear, it is absolutely worth it to stop in.

Todd and his staff are fantastic. My husband and daughter are both in glasses and not only do they provide quality products, but their customer service is wonderful. My husband is super happy with his glasses and their care and my 4 year old beats up on her glasses often. Anytime I walk in the staff jumps up to help and goes above and beyond to get my daughters glasses back on her face in a jiffy, even meeting me outside so I dont need to find parking with small children. You hit a certain age and point in your life where you dont want to bargain hunt or get the best possible deal, instead you are seeking quality and customer service - it saves you time and hassle to shop at a place like this, so happy they are close by!

If you care about seeing as well as you can, while looking good in frames, see Todd. Cant say enough about his service and attention to detail over the years. Last year I had glasses made based on a refraction at another optometrist. My vision was not quite right, he had me refracted by Dr Glynn, who got it right. Todd has a great eye for fitting frames for individuals, something that other shops just dont have. If you are looking for cheap glasses, go online. If you want high quality lenses and a great look check him out!

First thing you will notice about the storefront is their attention to detail. A great layout provides an accommodating, easy vibe. The staff is incredible, and you will feel like a long-time customer after the first handshake. I was not the easiest customer, but Todd and his team went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed while staying within my price range. Very impressed.Give them a shout and see for yourself.

Recently switched my eye care to Dr. Glynn. She was excellent! I had been having issues with my contacts, she recommended a different brand and I havent had any problems since. Todd also adjusted my glasses and theyve never fit better.

Love the team at Andover Eye Care. They are passionate about their services and products and that is reflected in how they work with their individual clients/patients. They have great lines available at their location and their service has always been exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone in the Andover area.

Excellent craftsmanship, and personal service! Todd & the staff put alot of time and pleasant attention to fitting my frames with glass lenses - and Im joyed to wear them.

I went there last weekend for my yearly vision exam. The clinic is very clean and beautiful - great interior design. And Dr. Glynn was very nice and friendly. However, I will not be going there again because they obviously cater for the privileged customer - notice, I didnt say patient. Dr. Glynn asked me if Id like to get a contact lenses prescription WITHOUT explaining to me that it may be an extra charge. This was my first time using my new employers vision insurance and was not 100% of the coverage rate, which Andover Eye Care was aware of. So when I went to check out, I was told that my exam was for free because my insurance covers it 100%, but they charged me $85 for the contacts prescription, which was a big surprise to me. Why would they not tell me that BEFORE going ahead with the procedure? I told the receptionist its unethical of them to not explain to their patients their insurance benefits before going ahead with any procedure, but she was very rude in her response to me and said they assume everyone knows their benefits. I told he she should never assume things like that, especially when insurance companies go out of their way to make their plans as complicated and difficult to comprehend as possible. I know this because Ive worked with insurance companies before. And explained to her that its the patients right to be informed of things like this. And again, she wouldnt budge and kept saying we assume you should know this. How rude? Its so discomforting to me that a health clinic would not make it one of its missions to be accommodating to people of all walks of life. What if one of their patients is illiterate and cannot read an insurance plan, or their English is not good enough? What if one of their patients did NOT have the means to pay $85 that morning? So disappointed in this experience because I really liked the clinics vibe when I first walked into it and I really appreciated Dr. Glynns treatment.

I recently had an eye exam here and the doctor was very friendly and informative. Its a pretty small building but youll find all of the regular optometrist equipment here. Everyone in the store was nice and helpful, but as far as the actual selection of glasses go you might not find what youre looking for. Their offerings are decent but a bit few in number to begin with, and I only learned as I was trying out some pairs that students directed through the Phillips Academy healthcare system can only pick from one table of the cheaper frames. Fortunately, there was one pair that I liked, though it wasnt what I was looking for at first and there really was only one pair for me.Overall, I was pleased by the friendliness of the staff but really disappointed by their choices of frames. Make sure to check them out before you commit to anything.

Beyond overrated! Plenty of better options in the immediate vicinity

This place is over priced and stuck up. I won’t ever go back. I felt very uncomfortable with the staff.
