I realized that my garage door wasnt working properly only couple of hours before I had to leave for work. I called this place and they told me that they can send someone in 30 minutes! The specialist, arrived in 25 minutes and got to work right away. Moreover, my dogs were being very obnoxious, but he was very understanding and friendly to them. I called this company on Tuesday at noon when my garage door ceased functioning but there was no response. 20 minutes later, Dan responded and promised to come over within an hour. At his arrival. He diagnosed the problem as misalignment from loose diagonal side brackets causing the door to hang up. He then reinstalled and redesigned the brackets, serviced the runner and reprogrammed the remote opener. The entire garage door is working better than it has ever before.

The existing garage door motor needed an adjustment about a month after, and he came right out the following day and adjusted it without any charge!
