This is my favorite pool store because of the people. They are all very friendly and helpful. But Andrew is THE man! Hes great to work with, and always so friendly. I have a lot of questions and like to know the science behind the why of what Im adding/doing to the pool, and Andrew always takes the time to help. I actually get a little disappointed if I go in and hes not working. Everyone there is always nice and helpful though!!

Zach and his crew were phenomenal. Great communication, fast and reliable. Definitely earned a customer for life.

David is awesome every time I go into the store or I call David goes above and beyond to help me. Because of David I will not shop anywhere else.

All the people here were very helpful. There is plenty of parking and easy access off the street.The spas and pools here look incredibly comfortable and could be a lot of fun in the summer and winter time both.The owner seems very knowledgeable about his business and greeted us with a huge smile.

Weve used Blue Fin Pool and Spa for several years now. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to resolve issues that arise. Id recommend them to others that have pools or spas to maintain!

Had a terrible experience with this company. I had them come out to my house to talk about putting in a pool. The owner came out to discuss it with us. He couldn’t have been more disappointing! He was totally disinterested and pathetic at communication. He came out in early September and we were told that he would get back to us in a month... Well it’s November now... still nothing!

Blue Fin has always been responsive and very helpful. We have been using them for 20 years and will continue to use them with our pool. Very attentive and fair.

Came in knowing nothing about pools. We had just purchased a cheap pool from Menards. We went into the store hoping to get some information about pool upkeep and chemicals. We were a bit worried that they wouldnt be very helpful because of the cheaper pool that we didnt purchase from them. We were very happy to find that they were extremely helpful in providing knowledge about pool care. And we were able to get the chemicals we needed. Will be purchasing upkeep stuff here in the future! Thanks!

Best service. I came here not knowing much. The staff helped and answered all our questions.We did not realize the time and we kept talking to the staff about a new hot tub after close time. The staff never made us feel rushed. This is one of the many examples I can speak of.

Not very good about communication with customers. Got a quote and wanted work done was told they would call to schedule, they did not call so I had to call them. Brought our robot cleaner in for a service because it stopped working, was told it would be ready Wednesday and I would get a call.... no call.... disappointing since we like to use them, but they are just flakey about calling for some reason. We stuck with them because our parts and pool electronics are all under warranty with them... so have to play telephone again I guess...

Just wanted to post a quick review bragging up the good work blue fin pool and spa in Andover MN does. i have both a pool and a hot tub. once in a while something goes out from normal wear and tear and i have to get a part, get it fixed etc.Over the years ive used all the pool companies in the area, they are all good but blue fin is my favorite, they always gives me great pricing and prompt service...
