Have dealt with the main fella in charge on two different occasions. Both times, same outcome. Not sure if this is his intention but he is condescending and acts like it’s a burden to assist you. He has a very odd approach to customer service. Almost acts like his cornbread is not quite done in the middle. I left wishing I hadn’t done business with him.

Ive bought one piece of Stihl equipment from here. I came back a few months later with my chainsaw because I couldnt get it to start. After I picked it up, I still couldnt get it to start. I brought it back, they did something else to it, charged me again. Got it home, wouldnt start. Brought it back a third time. I made them start it in front of me before leaving. It took them 10 minutes to get it to start. I told them, this is the third time Ive brought this here, so they understood I wasnt happy. I got charged a third time. I just paid and walked away. Ended up taking it to Augusta to get it fixed. I spent almost $200 in repairs here. Not sure what their problem is, but I wont be back.

I had several friends recommend this place for knowledgeable and prompt service, so I gave them a call when I needed a new mower. I had some basic questions I wanted to ask before I drove out. I’m not a mechanic and I’m not a lawnmower expert. The male on the phone was condescending and degrading with his answers, after hearing my questions. I have only experienced them on the phone and not in person. I think when you call a business for help with the possibility of buying something from them, they should be professional. The businesses on S rock rd and Augusta didn’t treat me like a child.

I had bought a walker from one of the other dealers in Wichita and needless to say they sold me a hunk of junk. I took my mower to the pros at Andover Lawn Equipment, and they helped turn around my POS. I live way out west and drive by 2 Walker dealers on my way out to Andover because the service in Wichita is terrible. I highly recomend driving to Andover to get your next mower!

Really great STIHL dealer, these guys were helpful. Ive dealt with almost every dealer here in wichita, and have had the worst experiences for the last 10 years doing tree work....but the guys out here at the Andover lawn equipment changed my mind about the stihl dealers here in town completely. Great service, knowledgeable, and best priced. 5 stars for sure, all my future STIHL needs will be going to this dealer from here on out.
