This UPS store will go above and beyond to help you with your packaging. I needed packing for a live plant I purchased. The owner and his Uncle took care of all our needs and my plant lived! These guys were personable and funny! I would give them 10 stars + if I could! Thank you!!!

Seems like each time I’ve gone there it’s been closed (but it’s supposed to be open)…usually the sign says back in 10 minutes but they don’t leave the time that they’ll be back so you don’t know if they just left or if they’ll be back in like one minute. The store is 5 miles out of my way for me to go to so I don’t appreciate them being closed all the time when they’re supposed to be open. 🙄

Joe & David are great! I own an e-commerce business and I used to rely on different carriers to ship my packages. After working with this location for the past year, I started shipping ALL my packages through them. Great customer service - regardless of how busy it is, they work quickly and are always in a great mood :)

Staff is excellent. Really friendly and supportive. Even when its crowded, they maintain a relaxed demeanor and a cheerful demeanor. I visit my family in Andover and have been to this ups 2-3 times. The best experience ever!

This is the best ups store in essex county. They are always helpful and informative. They really do the best they absolutely can! Never fails at the help i am there every single day and absolutely no complaints i dont mind waiting because they provide many services and if i have to wait no problem their positive attitude and smiles are enough!!!! Again this is the greatest ups store i have ever been too.

I went to drop a packet over there and I was unaware how to print out shipping label.I am a 75 years old senior and un aware of computer. There were two workers in store,One who was little healthier than other helped me a lot, he teaches me how to print out shipping label.

Awesome place! We went in when they first opened to take advantage of their Notary service. We thought that by going in early that there would be less people, but unfortunately that was not the case but we had to close on a house and couldnt wait. Kevin (the owner) was so patient with us as he waited on other customers in between notarizing our documents. I have used this place several times and they are always kind and helpful even when rushed.

Kevin, Joe, and Tom are super friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit this place. Good thing as I frequent the place often.

This is my second review. I gave this UPS store 5 stars for my first visit. Now, after multiple visits, I wasn’t really impressed by the service. The guy at the counter always complained instantly about his job and how he had to work so hard, although there was only a few customers waiting in line. He wasn’t a horrible guy but his complaints made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat annoyed like I was bothering him to do his job. There was a few times when I needed to print my shipping labels at the computer, he had me waited for another 5 minutes and helped the other customers right behind me first. He said they were waiting. I was like, hello! I was waiting in line for 5 minutes and now it’s my turn! But he didn’t care, same as those people waiting in line! Luckily the library now reopened. I can just print out my shipping label there and use the UPS drop off box instead!

Nicest ups personnel I’ve seen. He noticed me from the window try to take out a giant box from my car. Before I could even attempt to lift it he came out and helped me with it. I truly appreciate his quick action.

I came to drop off a UPS return. Clerk met me at the door, carried my package from the door to the scale, scanned my package and gave me a receipt within 30 seconds of approaching the door. Most polite and courteous employee I’ve done business with in a long time. Go here instead of Staples.

June 2012: This store is under new management; agreed with other reviewers, the wife of the former owner was often rather rude and made the store unpleasant to visit. New management is friendly, courteous, and extraordinarily helpful - and that goes for the entire team staffing this location. I visit the store regularly for my work and couldnt be more pleased at the change. Thumbs up!

So, I have had a mail box here for more than a few years now. This place changed ownership maybe a year ago. The new owner and crew are wonderful. Although Ken the last owner was very nice, he had a woman working there who wasnt so nice which is the source of all the bad reviews.The new owners are really easy going and understand customer service 100%. Even down to the small stuff like offering to help carry boxes out to the car. Some UPS stores grip about having to accept prepaid UPS packages, these guys welcome them, so now I dont have to hang my head each time I have an amazon return (which is often). The even give me a call if I get a weird delivery. I really cant ask for much more in a UPS store.A note about tape. I use to have a warehouse and ship a lot of boxes myself. Shipping tape is expensive. If you go down to staples it will cost you $5 for a small roll. Although they are happy to accept prepaid packages, they have no way to make up for the cost of tape. Its not just 1 box either. Im sure they blow threw a roll or 2 a day just taping boxes for prepaid packages. $1.50 for labor and materials is very inexpensive. Or you can buy your own roll of tape. I do just for faster drop off.

I too had an aweful experience at this store...The woman was nasty, rude, and snippy as the other review indicated. I pledge not to give them any business going forward.The woman wanted to rip me off by asking me to buy the packaging tape since I hadnt purchased the return shipping materials from them. I could have bought the tape if not for the attitude.... Not stepping in there anymore.

I called and asked specifically if I could have my package delivered next day to Orlando even though there was a hurricane and they said yes. I went to the store and asked again specifically if it could be delivered because it was medication for my elderly mom. They said yes that they had called and they said it would be delivered but it would cost extra so I paid $62 for an envelope package to fit a bottle and an inhaler. The package was not delivered. I asked to have some money reimbursed and they would not reimburse me. You dont guarantee something that you can not deliver on. Thats not good customer service!

I entered the store at 6.20 to drop off a box. The 2 men who were there seemed irritated that someone would come 10 minutes before close to drop off a box. The box had one open side which I normally would have the UPS person tape it shut for me and stick my pre-printed label. They wanted $1.50 to apply tape to the box on one side. When I told them that I have always had people at UPS just close my box shut and never ask for tape money, one of them rudely replied that it takes a lot of tape to seal a box and I should go to another store if I dont like it. Telling a customer to leave is the exact opposite of customer service 101 and the only reason I actually paid the ill mannered man was because I had no time and had to get the box shipped. I dont grudge $1.50, but the attitude and complete lack for customer service is what prompted me to write this review.This store is also listed on UPS print as a print online and pick up store, but shockingly they dont really have print services through UPS so if you print something online and go to the store you will be greeted with rudeness and no printing.
