Man this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with, made it super easy got me approved at a good rate didn’t run me through all kinds of banks. Definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.
If I could give no stars I would. Service is no good they overcharge and charge for unnecessary things that should be included with labor charge and the service lady Abigail has no communication what’s so ever I would call and they would say she was busy and nobody else could help me out cause it was her order form and she would not return calls after I left several voicemails and I would go up to dealership and they would just be chit chatting but could not return calls over all I do not recommend goin there

I just bought this truck yesterday. This is my 2nd Truck that I bought from Sewell of Andrews and let me tell you that there is NO place better than Sewell to purchase a vehicle from. These aren’t your typical sales team that force u to get into something u don’t like. In fact Sewell family are the ones that actually care about their customers and make You know that from the minute you walk in, I was greeted by Justin Bailey and Matt and the whole team in Andrews worked very hard in getting me into the truck I now have. Both Justin and Matt were very professional and definitely had the people’s skills and the integrity that made my experience that much better. Iam glad that I’ve been a part of this Sewell Family. The woman who helped me (Cassandra) communicating... was over the top amazing. But as far as service goes my truck was there 2 weeks. I was told I can’t use their loaner to go to work and I only had one vehicle (my truck) . The transmission needed to be replaced at only 55k miles... and still does.However the mechanic chose the cheaper path of course and says he drained the fluid, and replaced the torque converter. I get the truck back. Nothing has changed. It jerks even harder and I still have the same gmc code sent my transmission needs repair.
My salesman was great! I had did everything over the phone on Monday March 22nd, 2021 and was approved that evening, went Tuesday to sign my half of the papers and Wednesday my fiance went and signed his and we walked off with a brand new 2021 GMC Terrain. Terrible service department. Brought my truck oil change/ regular pm. Left with a hefty bill after they swapped out unnecessary things before calling to verify. Took it upon themselves to change whatever they wanted with no communication from service department.
After taking our vehicle in a total of 10 times to other GMC service departments to no avail, Sewell GMC Andrews was able to locate the problem within 36 hours. Abbi in service was wonderful to work with and our car seems to be properly fixed!

Got a great price on my trade in, I got great rebates on my new purchase making the price unbelievable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was a great shopping experience. It was the only dealership For 500 miles from El Paso that had the exact truck I wanted. And after seeing their enormous inventory, I see why. Driving there from El Paso to make a deal was well worth the drive.
Previously I had taken my vehicle to get some collision work done at the Chevy in Odessa, TX, but they didn’t leave my door right (air/ water seeped through).Took my truck to get that issue fixed plus I had a lot of other electrical work and mostly cosmetic work in the interior done. Sewell Chevy took great care of my truck, they were very quick to fix all the issues and kept calling me to give me updates. The quality of their work was exceptional! The service and all employees were great! I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle!

When we purchased our GMC Denali from Sewell we purchased the extended warranty. They explained the warranty in detail and it covered all the electronics on the vehicle, that was the determining factor for us to get the extended warranty. Our screen was messing up on the radio and one of the power plugs was not working. We called and set up an appointment to take it in. After a few days of it being there we called to get an update. They said they were waiting to hear back if those items were covered under warranty. This went on for two weeks - back and forth, waiting to hear. I finally told them we needed our vehicle back and they said to come and get it. We drove from Midland and got to dealership around 5:30 (they close at 6) to pick it up. When I found someone in service area (with the help from a salesman) I told them I was there to pick up our vehicle. Service dept. employee went to get keys and came back and said the keys were locked up and I would have to come back Monday to pick it up, he told me I should have called to let them know I was coming. I told him they should have told me a time frame to pick up a vehicle since their hours said they were open until 6. I then told him to call the person that locked up my keys to come back up and get my keys. He did, and I got our vehicle. I have purchased SEVERAL vehicles from this dealership when I had a friend that worked there and was always taken care of. Those days are gone! This dealership doesn’t care about service. Don’t buy a vehicle here and expect good service. I wish there was an option for zero stars!!

Truck is stuck in maintenance department for some valve defect from factory . Said they didnt know when parts would be and couldnt give an ETA . So now Im without a vehicle for an undetermined amount of time and they wouldnt even consider a loaner vehicle . Probably the last time I buy a Chevrolet and sure wont be buying from this dealership anywhere in the future .
I purchased online and over the phone. Overall, I had a positive experience working with my salesman John Mendoza and Josh Phillips in finance. The dealership worked with me and did not pressure me or make it difficult by haggling. They delivered what they said they would do and were supportive in working with my credit union on financing.

Was dealing with ANDREW, everything was going good up until I told him we already had a bank that is going to finance the said vehicle. He insisted on wanting to try with GM Financial, which came back with a lot higher rate than what I was offered with my bank. When we said no to GM he was pretty much done with us at that point. He told my bank via the phone, he was going to send over the long sheet so they can get with me on the numbers ( in 5 minutes ). Here we are the next day and he still hasnt sent anything and will not return calls for me or the bank. Poor customer service and I definitely will not even look at this lot for a vehicle.
I’d give 0 stars if possible. This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle to this dealership. First time, I had no complaints Clint communicated well with any updates and my vehicle didn’t take long to get repaired, a week tops for a new transmission swap. Now with this time, completely the opposite. This is and will be the last time I even think about getting my vehicles serviced here. Worst service. No communication, nobody answers phones, takes more then 2 months for warranty work. Don’t waste your time here.

We came from Midland mainly to get away from poor customer service. We found great service with Sewell in Andrews. We dealt with Carlos, who I would give 10 stars if I could. He was easy to deal with and wasn’t pushy like most salesmen. He even met me half way with paperwork to finish the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new car!
Our salesman was awesome! We started off by looking for a used diesel truck and ended up buying a New 2020 GMC SIerra 2500HD AT4!, We are VERY satisfied with our new truck and thanks to John Mendoza were able to get exactly what we wanted.
The only reason I give the dealership a 3 star is because I do not feel like they are living up to complete customer satisfaction. I am very happy that they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, however I was not happy with the delivery or post-customer care. First off, we had trouble with the bank and I contacted the bank directly to get it done myself. It wasnt until I told them I was able to be approved by another dealership that they contacted the bank themselves. So we finally get approved and everything set up but the salesman says he cant deliver the vehicle the same day because he had some family issues. I wasnt happy about that because I wanted what I purchased right away but what could I do. Someone else couldve delivered the vehicle and I wouldve been happy. So the next day the salesman delivered the vehicle in the morning but did not fill up my gas tank. My wife purchased a vehicle the week before and they delivered all the way from Boerne, TX and still filled up the vehicle when he got into our hometown. While we did the test drive around town, I asked him about dvd headrests and how much they would cost. He told me he would find out as soon as he got back to the dealership. I text him multiple times asking and I even asked him about it in his follow-up email congratulating me on my purchase and was never given a response. At this time, I noticed a blemish on my paint on passenger door and a piece of masking tape that was left on my roof shriveled up. I took off the tape but it left marks on my roof and the blemish will not go away. I did not say anything to the salesman because whats the point, he hasnt answered any of my questions thus far. So he contacts me on 4-21-20 to tell me my plates are in and asks me how Im liking the vehicle. I decide to tell him about the issues and he says to send him pictures and he would look into it. So I sent him pictures and even an explanation of how I felt with the experience and he didnt even respond at all. At this point, Im not a happy customer and I will most likely not be doing business with Sewell GMC Andrews again anytime in the future.

Sewells service department has taken care of repairs and service on our pick-up twice. Were in Eunice and our work hours dont coincide with their business hours. Borh times, they delivered our vehicle back to us. Pricing was reasonable and service was amazing

Great experience with the service department. The communication is top notch. My truck was ready when promised and I was treated like a person not a nuisance. The work performed was as described and had no hidden costs. Finaly a basin repair shop that gets it. Good JobPart 2I have returned for service.The service manager, Clint who provides top notch customer care is no longer here.They have hired a talentless person from the Benny Boyd dealership up the road. Now that Clint is not here in the service department it is not up to standards becoming of General Motors. I will not be coming back here ever again. Sorry Kendall but you know that my wife and I expect more from the places we deal with. Sewell Chevrolet in Andrews, TX does not do that any more. They are upto theyre old shenanigans again. My pregnant wife took her six month old car in for an oil change and ended up having to pay for new windshield wipers and cabin filter. $300+ later. All I can say is we wont make that mistake again. Seems very dishonest to me.
We stopped in Andrews to look at vehicles and the salesman, Jeff Hatfield, helped us. The dealership did not have what we wanted at the time, but within a week we received a call they had a new vehicle in he thought we would like. We drove to Andrews and looked at it and bought it. The sales manager, credit manager and salesman were very professional and friendly. Jeff Hatfield went over everything in the vehicle and even called the next day to see if we had any questions. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend and will tell other friends about them too. Awesome service and people.

I purchased a used car from this dealership in Andrews. I looked over the vehicle to make sure there was no damage and I opened the trunk. I asked the salesman if the spare and jack were under the trunk mat and was assured that it was there. A couple weeks later I pulled the trunk mat up and there was no spare or jack. It had been there but was removed. I called the everyday for a week and they wouldnt return my calls. When I did finally speak with them I was told too bad, used cars are as is and would have to pay 400 dollars. Then they called me back and said they would give me the spare and jack but not in time for a planned trip. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten the license plates. And I found out the brake pads were completely worn out when they started grinding shortly after I bought the car. They could have at least told me the brakes pads needed to be changed. The customer service I recieved was poor, and I will not be going back to that dealership for any other vehicle purchases.

Ever felt invisible? If for some reason you would like to, this is the place to go. Made it through 2 episodes of friends sitting there waiting for someone to come to the front desk, or even just for someone to ask if I needed help. I greeted a few couple kindly and got no response, overall just felt invisible.

They were kind and helpful, unhooked and hooked my camper trailer back up for me, and even added a bungie cord to help keep the propane hood from blowing off! Above and beyond!!
I didnt buy a car, but was called them when my car broke down on the side of the road. They couldnt service my vehicle, but they helped with contacting OnStar and called me several times to make sure I was ok and to see if the tow truck had arrived. That is awesome service right there.

I was out from California visiting family in Midland. On the way out my AC went out. I tried the dealerships in both Midland and Odessa and they couldnt get to me until the following week. Leaving back out in just a couple of days I called the service dept amd talked with Coby. They were great! They got my AC diagnosed, repaired, and back toe the same day!!! They literally saved my bacon! !! I would recommend them to anyone who want to be taken care of in a timely professional manner!

We got a call from STEVEN GALVAN about trading our vehicle in .We explained to him we had a bad experience at another dealership and and that we would wait.He hooked us in promising great deals and that he had promotions that would FOR SURE get us into the SUV we were looking at.We called to confirm with him the next day, he didnt return our call but we decided to go down anyway.We got their and told them we were their to see Steven and were told he was at lunch, even though he had made us an appointment the day before to meet him.No big deal, we waited and looked at the car.We decided we wanted to trade our car in and get the one he said he could for sure get us into.We asked about the promotions he said he had and he said.. he didnt know what they were but could tell us after running our credit.We should have just walked out right then...We told him we wanted the promotions and wanted to see on paper the deals he said he HAD.He came back with a good offer,and the probates were reasonable. we asked if we went through with the process if they would forsure take in our vehicle and do the trade in.He gave us his word that if the bank didnt that, Sewell Texas Chevey would buy it and we would leave with the SUV we wanted.We said okay, he ran our credit and we waited almost an hour to then be told everything looks great, but we need 25,000 in cash because the bank didnt want our trade in and the dealership wouldnt take it.Do not do business with these people.They are unhonest and do not have the customers best interest in mind.Very dissapointed we trusted them.
Let me just start off by saying that that if you need service work done to your vehicle, take it to midland or odessa. The service manager was a rude an arrogant as all get out. Hes a real peice of work let me tell ya. But on the good note the sales manager was professional and curious. So like I said I would personally take my vehicle some where else.

Parts department hung up on me three times. Showed up in person, 4 people at the parts counter, they all left when someone else happened to come out from the back. That person helped us. No one else spoke to us.
