The staff were very friendly and helpful I will continue to return to this florist again

My mother passed away in December 2020 and both the cashiers (i wish i got their names) were so helpful. They were immediately attentive when my dad and i walked through the door. We were offered refreshments and were able to sit comfortably while we took our time choosing the right arrangements. They were reasonably priced.They let me know ahead of time if there would be any substitutions in the casket spray and they did a beautiful job arranging the many flowers my mom recieved; and did i mention all of this was done on a holiday...New Years weekend! They were amazing and I highly recommend them.

I want the WORLD TO KNOW! Flowers N More has the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called from out of town, I needed something special for a friend...I asked her if I could add something like a gift card...she immediately said “I’ll go pick it up for you!” She was willing to go to more than one place!!Which she did, plus she even put the card in one of HER envelopes so I could leave a message and she picked out a BEAUTIFUL reusable vase for my sweet friend. She was full of sweet ideas and just FRIENDLY!! Y’all, people don’t usually go out of their way to help anyone anymore, ISABEL WAS SO REFRESHING!!! What wonderful customer service. after calling another shop and being told immediatly they would not be ablt to make and deliver flowers for a service the next day I call flowers and more.. The voice on the other end of the phone was friendly and pleasent. My flowere will be delivered in time. Wonderful customer service.

The bouquet that I ordered and paid for was completely different than the bouquet delivered! The florist did contact me to let me know she did not have the flowers that I ordered and asked if she could put something together to which I agreed, however I specifically stated I wanted roses n mini roses and a purple vase; the bouquet delivered had 4 roses but nothing like the one in the pic, no mini roses and no purple vase!

The lady (I forgot her name) was very helpful and even let me print pictures off her computer. Was very accommodating for a difficult request for flowers.

Ordered a bouquet online. I received a call the following day from someone at the florists asking if I was okay with substitutions. I stated that would be fine and asked a timeframe of when the flowers would be delivered. I was given a time between 4-6pm. I knew, due to the holiday, florist across the world were busy and I stated that would be fine and I was too far away to go pick up the bouquet myself. I called the intended recepient the following day to learn no delivery was made and that they made it home around 1pm the day the delivery was due. I immediately called the floral shop and asked for an explanation. The person that answered gave me multiple excuses, some contradicting others, and stated the flowers were in the shop. I was given two options: 1) have them delivered a day later than intended, or 2) take a full refund. I chose the refund and made other arraignments as a surprise.It had been 6 days and I still have not received a refund. I have contacted my bank to dispute the transaction.I do not recommend this florist to anyone that reads this review. I am extremely disappointed.Shame.
