I absolutely love this repair shop!!! I had to have work on my suspension, brake, maintenance and tune up. Their work was amazing! They also called every step of the way to let me know what was going on and even sent pictures, I have never had a repair shop do that. Their customer service is 1 in a million! Highly recommend!!!! I brung my vehicle in due to a check engine light, which they were able to fix the light by replacing an 02 sensor. I ended up coming back a month later due to another problem which was unrelated, my car overheating. They told me I would need to replace a thermostat/water pump. I clearly asked the mechanic if anything else was wrong with it and if the engine was okay. Because I would just pay for the diagnostic and just get a new car if it was over priced. He stated that would be all but he wouldn’t know about in the future. I agreed to pay 1,081 believing that would be all. After he replaces those parts, he later tells me something else is wrong and will cost additional money rounding my total above 3,000. I ended up deciding on just buying a new vehicle. But I was not satisfied with the service. I ended up not being able to drive my car off their premises due to it not starting, paying 1,000 for services already completed, and only being able to get $400 back for selling my vehicle to someone they knew. My vehicle was definitely an older model but I believe I could have saved money if I never came here. definitely will not bring my new vehicle here. As far as customer service, the only thing I can I say is that they are very welcoming and weren’t rude at all during my time using their services

I bought my daughter a car for her 16th birthday. I probably should have checked it out more, but it was a great deal, low mileage, and available. Used cars are pretty difficult to come by right now.The first time I brought my car, they replaced the O2 sensors, catalytic converter, and the hub bearings. Jerry gave it to me straight and letting me know the cost up front. He gave me the timeline of how long it would take to repair and made sure I would be ok with that before they got started. Before I got my car back, he made sure it would pass inspection if I needed it to. He let me know I could come back just to be sure everything was working properly.The second time I brought my car in was for a noise coming from the wheel. Ended up needed tired replaced because of a bad alignment. Pretty sure it was in the early days of drivers Ed with my daughter and she smacked a curb very hard!! I made the appointment and dropped it off the night before. I did put in an extra note so see what it would take to improve the AC.They called me and let me know the damage. Needed new tires, alignment, and engine cooling fan. He gave me a timeline and made sure it would not inconvenience me.I am so happy for the work that was put in to make this a safe car for my daughter. I appreciate the kindness from everyone. I have never had a business treat the customer as well as everyone here does. They are so kind, courteous, engaged, and attentive. I will never go to another repair shop.

I had broke down on the side of the road, they came to my rescue very quickly .I was so pleased with how professional, polite and caring everyone was towards me .They were able to get my car part and had my car up and running in a very reasonable time. I even have a warranty if anything should go wrong !! I would defiantly recommend going to SS Motor Trendz in Angleton for all your car maintenance and repairs .

I had a lingering issue with my wife’s Toyota Highlander for over a year. I repeatedly took it to the dealership where they could find nothing wrong with it.
