The pharmacy is in serious need of a way to speed things up when customers come to pick up medications.
Whats the point of curbside pickup if they still make you come inside?
Ive lived all over the country and this is hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to, and it has nothing to do with the staff, theyre great... Its the pharmacy, I cant tell you how many times Ive waited more than a half hour like I did tonight - and I was the second car! They need to figure out how to properly staff that department.
About a month ago I had an issue with my son’s medicine due to insurance issues and Ashlyn went above and beyond to help me❤️❤️ She has amazing customer service❤️
Excellent prices and very nice employees😊
Watching paint dry is faster than service here. Bless their hearts, I honestly believe they try to get back in that French fry bag!!#doiordontihaverefills#blesstheircottonpickinhearts
Not very efficient and the drive-through pharmacy. I want to didn’t give that kid a correct information. I already knew the pharmacist was not easy to understand.
This Walgreens was very prompt and efficient in the past. In the last few months it has become slow and sloppy. It took a week and a half to get 1 prescription because it was not handled properly. It happened again with another prescription last week, i finnaly recieved it today. They are failing to fax the doctor. They are only filling prescriptions that have refills on them! When questioned, no one knew any thing about the request for a refill. This is not acceptable! I am taking only meds that i must, it is not their call to judge! When i complained they acted like no big deal! I had to get my Dr office to call again to find out why my prescription had not been filled, by this time i am in withdrawal . My heart is jumping around, im crying and nervous be cause i had not had my meds to help me with my nervous conditions. I am a heart patient! This can not keep happening, lucky i called in the last one with 2 weeks worth in case of a repeat. Of course they repeated the same pattern. Please fix my pharmacy!
Will NEVER use their pharmacy again. Now I know why I dont shop or buy from Walgreens. Called pharmacy, because I received a text that there was an issue with insurance. I spent over 25 mins on hold waiting for someone to answer my call, just to be disconnected TWICE. Went to the drivethru service for the pharmacy just to be told that my sons prescription wasnt ready, because the insurance information wasnt correct. Thankfully the pharmacist handled it. BUT would have to wait another 2 hrs for medication. When my husband went to pick it up almost 5 hours later (because it still wasnt ready) the pharmacy said they didnt have anyone in their system with my sons birthday/name. Finally got his medicine 24 hrs AFTER leaving it to be filled.
The pharmacy really needs to pay attention to how many pills they put into each prescription, inless they have a crooked employee stealing from each prescription. I was shorted medicine😠 and had to pay full price for it, since insurance didnt cover it. But, do you think for one second Walgreens is going to admit to shorting me. This place is a joke, service is absolutely horrible.
I would rate them a zero if I could this place is terrible. Its been over five hours and still nothing. I should have made the drive to CVS Lake Jackson instead. Every time I try to give Walgreens another chance when CVS Angleton is out of my prescription they always blow it. My poor child is just trying to get his medicine.
Horrible service. I was sent running around for 4 days trying to get some medicine for a sprain. Youre better off going to CVS
Nice store, hard working employees especially in the pharmacy.
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy department. Dealt with an incompetent worker who left all tasks to the other worker and caused a huge line backup. Caused our appointment to take more time than needed and the worker was very grumpy. I would normally recommend this store but service has been horrible lately. Will no longer make shot appointments here.
Good prices and helpful employees
Terrible customer service. My doctors office electronically sent them a prescription. I waited an hour after my appointment to call and check on it but I was unable to locate it through their touch tone system, so I chose to speak with someone from the pharmacy. I had waited on hold for 20 minutes when I pulled into the Walgreens drive thru. I could see they were busy, so I waited in the drive thru line while my sick child was sleeping in the car. When I pulled to the window, 20 minutes later(so over 1.5 hours since the doctors office sent the rx), they said they didnt see it and I need to call my doctor to check.I explained to the lady at the counter that they sent it electricroniclly an hour and a half ago and I asked her to please double check so I dont have to wait in line again(I have been in this situation with them before) She argued with me and said again I need to call my doctor, refusing to double check the computer. She wouldnt offer to call the doctor for me, she wouldnt take my information to call me back when it does comes in, she just shut the window and walked away. This would be an annoyance if it was the first time this has happened, but it was the 2nd time; different people, same location.I called my doctor, they confirmed that the rx was sent at the time I told the pharmacy tech, then I asked them to send it to another pharmacy in town.
Horrible management...Dont ever shop there manager is really rude here name is Rossa go to CVS down the road much better
The worst pharmacy in Brazoria County. Not enough employees. Wait time is stupid...I shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes to just drop off a prescription.
Go to CVS the Walgreens badly needs new management in the pharmacy. The workers are uneducated on their job, and customer service is poor.
If you value your time do not bother having prescriptions sent to this location. Service is crawlingly slow, in fact I am writing this poor review while waiting for my prescription for over 30 minutes for 3rd time this week. Have your prescriptions sent to CVS down the road instead.
Slow drive through. Waited almost 20 minutes for my prescription.
Buy one get one Arizona drinks
This rating is for the pharmacy. I have called three times to leave prescription information for a patient and they just hang up on you. Horrible customer service.
Rude over the phone, rude in person.
Horrible service. The wait is long and they never have the prescriptions needed. Very frustrating. I will try west Columbia Walgreens now.
