Very rude employees. Over priced and they did more damage to my vehicle. I was told to get TF out of there and had to have my vehicle towed home. One employee actually apologized to me. The only good thing about that place.

We needed break service, lube job and an oil change while away from home (we travel for work) and just after the big storm hit. Needless to say, very reasonable price and wonderful service!! We read the reviews before and left impressed!

It takes a lot to earn my trust and Im very particular about where I take my vehicles for work. This is definitely the best Firestone Ive been to - Frank, Roy and Lonnie do an excellent job and have looked after my family on several occasions - even organizing tow vehicles to get us home. Great work.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30am for tire balance and alignment. At 6:45pm I was contacted by an employee who stated that they were able to balance the tires but could not get their machine to work to do the alignment. My vehicle sat there ALL day and I wasted a whole day off waiting for them to tell me at the last minute that they couldnt do what they said that morning that they could do. I would have gladly taken it somewhere else had I known this. Very poorly managed operation and a waste of time even stopping in. Go somewhere else to have any work done if you actually want to have it done.

We love small town living where the technicians know our names and do a great job of keeping us on the road.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. After almost three hours, I did not receive a call so I drove by the location and my car was still where I parked it. It was a complete waste of time. What is the point of making an appointment? My time is valuable.

First time going to a Firestone. I had a great experience, cant complain. Roy took care of my cars needs. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will keep shopping here, thanks again Roy.

I got tires here. I got the whole thing with them. Bought, balanced, valve, everything. I dont drive much, and the tires were cheap, and they sort of died/are dying of rot. Heat or something like that. But Im getting new tires in here again, only these are genuine Firestone. The tires have a bigger milage rating, 70000 to 40000 (this is what I have on it now) so I guess they will last longer. We see.

Frank and Roy are always ready to help they are great people if you ever need help with your car thats the place to go.

I went in with a lot of issues with my vehicle, and they were up front and honest about it all. They could have charged me for things that didn’t need to be done but they didn’t! Lonnie is an amazing tech over there! He fully explained any issues and gave me very reasonable solutions to my problems.

Im in the middle of a military relocation and my tire started to flatten. I took it to the Goodyear by my parents. They said crack rim, told me they fixed it and sent me off. Then when I was 10 minutes into the last leg of my journey the check tire light came on again. We were able to change it and happened to be closer to this location. After a very frustrating morning this place was a little sunshine.They sent my tire off to a place they trust with their own children to be evaluated. it was fixed up and came back looking better than the other 3 rims I still have! They kept me informed and made sure I was ok. Fair price, and I am happy with the work so far. Fingers crossed theres no more hiccups.

We bought brand new tires with full road service warranty for 50,000 miles. We the Primewell that we bought are being phased out so a simple nail repair that should have been covered now costed us $110.00 because they havent released a tire to replace the Primewell. So basically we got charged$110.00 for mismatched tires that should have been covered under the road hazard warranty. DONT BUY A WARRANTY! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!

Cstmr Srv was Outstanding.

Google says they do state inspections, but they dont. Roy from the Angleton store was super helpful and suggested another business to get it done.

Prompt service and very courteous staff. They didnt try to sell me work I didnt need and helped me make sure I had the maintenance work done for my cars mileage.

We purchased tires and were told it would take 2 hrs to put them on. We came back and the tires were still sitting there!!! The “kid” at the counter was awful and rude.

All I can say there Service is terrible !!!!! Went in to get are truck tires balance and fuel filters changes out and oil change . First they said the truck would be done by noon well it wasnt done till 6 that nite . Another thing they try to say the truck had only one fuel filter . My husband had to show them where the other one was . This is not the first time they have done us wrong on stuff . My husband spoke up about how terrible there Service was and my husband made a point not coming back and the guy made a comment like my husband wouldnt hurt there service if he didnt come back . Wrong move and how unprofessional they are . There is one firestone I give wonderful reviews is in a lufkin !!! They have always done us well and very respectful .

Dropped my vehicle off at 9am and was told there was a 45 min wait till they could get to it so i left it there. It took them more than 6 hours to get to it and thats even after i showed back up and had to wait in the lobby for another 45 mins just to get it in the bay. This is the biggest waste of time Ive ever experienced.
