Seeing this an initiative would have been to have a second pass through the car wash and explain that additional service to me.

This dealer is extremely unprofessional and would not recommend. We here approved for a loan by the dealers loan department and they refused to sell us a vehicle because we where not from there. We felt very discriminated against and asked why they would even run our credit to begin with if they already knew they where going to sell us a car. They wasted several hours of our time and they never apologized. There loan officers are uneducated on how running your credit works. Stating that running our credit would not affect our credit score. Definitely not worth anyones time to go. They are liers and cheats.

Yesterday went there to buy a used Lexus, I negotiated the price with the sales representative and his supervisor and they told me 39,250 cash. I Went to test drive and when came back I tried to negotiate again, but the price didn’t change, and told them ok I will buy it for $39,250 the supervisor said we are not selling you the car even if you pay the full asking price because I am not from Angleton and I will not buy their warranty and come back for service. He literally said it is not profitable to sell you the car because you are not from here ( that should be on their website to not make people come for nothing) Also why would they give me the test drive and they know am not from Angleton?? After all of that I called the general manager and said will call me back in 2 hours waited more than 2 hours but didn’t heard back from him, so I texted him and I got his answer was ( Seems like you can’t get this deal any place else because I’m sure there’s plenty of cars out there like ours so why are you so adamant about this one?) which means to me they are not selling and not sticking with their words. Also, they think people don’t understand things while I was negotiating the price with the supervisor they made another sales representative to come to the office and tell the supervisor there is someone coming tomorrow for the same car which means to me either they are making that to make me hurry and agree to their price or hold don’t sell it less we might get someone will pay higher tomorrow, That’s shouldn’t be in front of a buyer sitting with cash.

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to have some warranty work and routine maintenance taken care of. We were told that it be the following week before they were able to complete the repairs needed, which we were already expecting. Much to my surprise I received a phone call on Friday afternoon letting me know that my car was all finished and ready to be picked up! Everything on the list had been completed and they did an excellent job! Couldnt ask for more from my dealership!

Recently gulf coast did front end work on my truck and I thought it was better till it started popping again. Had them check it out and come to find out the tech never tightened or torqued the nut on the lower control arm..

Y’all stated my car need timing chain, gears and other things cause my engine light was on. I put it on a diagnostic mechanic before bring it to y’all, but you all stayed y’all do your on diagnostics. To get fixed it was $2400. So I took it another auto dealership and they stated the same thing I tried to tell you all. My car is fixed and the light is off. It was not the timing chain, gear and belt. I feel like cause I’m a female you tries to get over. But never again

We stopped by this dealership just a little while ago and in just 5 minutes of us being there we will NEVER be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We had a older gentleman that came out and told us that we couldn’t test drive any vehicles because we weren’t interested in purchasing a vehicle at that moment. We were told that they don’t like putting miles on their cars for test drives??? He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve purchased all of my cars from Toyota in Angleton and have NEVER been told that I wasn’t able to test drive a vehicle even if they knew that we were just looking around for something. This is a 0 star review for Gulf Coast Chevy Angleton and a 5 star review for Gulf Coast Toyota in Angleton.

Adam the service representative is always not only knowledgeable but, polite and kind as well. My vehicles always receive the best service. The only complaint I have is when my GMC truck was last serviced, I asked for my wiper blades to be replaced and the original wiper blade assembly was removed and cheap Walmart units were installed in their place. I was under the impression that only the rubber wiper blade would be replaced with a refill, not the whole unit. I went to Oreilly and purchased some Trico units to correct the problem. I feel that stating your opinion these days only creates more headaches.

We are pleased to give an accounting of our experience with Gulf Coast and our salesman, Sadrac Sanchez. Sadrac is most knowledgeable of all vehicles he sells. He was gracious in explaining all features. We were looking at the 2021 Buick and was trading in a 2013 LaCrosse with 96,000 miles. Sadrac explained the dealer can give us more for our trade in and get a SUV with more equipment if we would consider the 2020. Enclave. Any salesman that can convenience us to pay $10,000 more is A GREAT SALESMAN. HAVE OWNED BUICKS SINCE 1989 starting with a Reatta which we had for many years. 2005 and 2013 LaCrosse which we received great service.

The only complaint I have is the way they did the tire rotation. I marked my tires and found they only removed the back and put them in the front without flipping them. My understanding is they are supposed to put the rear passenger tire on the front driver side and vise versa on the other rear tire. Other than that the service was good.

The overall service was okay however the price I was quoted was very deceptive. At my last oil change, the technicians recommended having my brake pads replaced. My husband was informed it would be $199. We decided to have them done and scheduled a return appointment.Upon arrival for the appointment, I asked again before giving them the keys how much the service cost. I was told $199 and proceeded. Once my vehicle was ready and I went to pay the bill was over $400. I asked if there was some other problem with the car as this was unexpected to me. Only at that time was I informed the cost is $199 PER AXLE. The only thing the dealership did was apologize for the misunderstanding. My husband and I didn’t both misunderstand. On both occasions, the ‘per axle’ part was omitted from the cost estimate.As a result, we will have our future services performed elsewhere.We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and were looking to buy again soon but it definitely will not be from here.

Every single time I deal with anyone at this dealership, I receive nothing but great quality treatment. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I have to drive almost an hour to get to this dealership, but I will do it every time. The customer service I receive is worth it!!!

During scheduling I was reassured that the oil change would be complementary due to having purchased the vehicle within the last year. They then proceeded to complete the work and try to charge my wife for the service after we were told we would not be charged. We also had a screw in the tire that we can not be sure was picked up at your dealership but I had the tires checked and looked at the day prior and had not traveled since then other than to your dealership. I was not satisfied and it was a stressful and unpleasing experience for my wife. It was as if you lived up to every stereotype of dealership service centers. Will not recommend your service center!

My salesman Sadrac, had detailed explanations for answer questions with differences in trims, and foremost he was not pushy. He did not try to force or rush me into a decision.
