This is the worst phone company every. They scam me twice first sold me a recall phone ... then sold me a phone with a higher plan didn’t tell me and set up automatically bill pay without my consent

Worst phone store I have ever been. Bought a phone was told have 5 days to return it, phone did work at the house so I had no use for it. Took it back on the 4th day when i was off from work the only time I would have been able to. I was told I couldnt get my full amount back. That I had to come back the next day so they can give the full amount with the person who sold me the phone. Doesnt make any sense. I was owed 125 back and he said I can only get 80. After I raised my voice he said he van give me 85. Never AGAIN

The worst ever I have never been treated with such unjustice! I bought a phone for my daughter and was told that I had 5 days to return the phone and I would get my money back. Once i returned on the the third day because she was not getting reception they acted like I was incorrect, that all they would return would be 85 dollars never again.

I cant remember they guys name who sold my daughter a iPhone but he was really friendly and soft spoken he knows how to deal with young adults he got my daughter the best deal on an iphone and her service....GREAT JOB Mr. Soft Spoken you were very good with my demanding daughter....

The Boost Mobile Rep Allie..from Angleton Store, was super knowledgeable about every question I had. In fact his answers made me want to ask more questions because of his clear & communicative, easy 4 Meeee 2 SEE from his STRAIGHT the POINT, SIMPLE detail, and In “LeymensTerms”, easy breakdown of technical terms and procedures. ALLIE IS AWESOME if ya need help or info ..In fact, he should be the BOOST TV REP ...YEP. Gimmie an A-L-L-I-E cuz he dummied it down for me!! Not all of us are Tech Shreks...lol and could really use an ALLIE CAT ...TRu Dat!!! Good Service + Quality Product = HaPpY Me!!!

I still have my Boost phone and Ive had no problems. I get good reception Everywhere I Go. The place where I bought mine at the people behind the counter was very helpful.

Theyre very selfish. They are reluctant about giving customers their personal account number. When youre given your account number, they cancel your serviceAnd, they will Not refund your payment when you ask for your account number.Thats robbery!I tried to No avail to get my service back with another number and phone. They refused.Simply, theyre shasti!
