Best Family Dollar I have ever seen.

The customer service has always been on point there. The location and facilities are a different story.

It has a great selection to choose from, but unfortunately it depends on who is working. I can go in be treated great, but only if one of the younger employees like Kayla and two others. Unfortunately when going into the store and trying to deal with the older lady who is manager. She never offerees to help and most of the time I would have to wait at the check out until she was ready to come back to the front and she was very rude while checking me out. She never speaks and often smells of alcohol. Thank you for letting me express my concerns. I hope that the store stays, but gets rid of the new manager whos in at least her 40s. Thank you very much.

They had the curtains I wanted & lots snacks that I bought that I didnt need but were good & at a good price. Plus I got shampoo & conditioner, bandaids & several other odds ideas I needed when I saw them. The ladies were so kind. I arrived close to closing time & they did not rush me at all until it was almost time for the registers to shut down automatically. I had not found my band aids and o,e of the ladies got them for me while another started checking me out. Cant get that service at Wal-Mart or Target.

Tried to buy some cigarette paper s from this place, but forgot my wallet with my Id. Im over 50 years old. I asked if i could have my wife come in, with her id. But she she said NO AND U NEED TO GET OUT OF THE STORE. LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK!! Blonde, short, about 200 pound 🐄. She could have been a lot nicer about it. Did not need to throw me out. I will NEVER shop here again.

Lie about return policies, which I even had a recite. very rude and disrespectful employees. Wouldn’t recommend. Would however very highly recommend dollar general not even 5 minutes away.

I visited the huge Family Dollar Store in Angleton today, for the first time, and I was VERY pleased at how professional ****Shanna**** was with not only me but also with EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER THAT WALKED THRU THAT DOOR!!! I shopped for over 2hrs in this store today yall and everytime the doorbell dinged (customer entering the store) Shanna greeted every customer with a very upbeat-positive and happy Hello, how are you today......Family Dollar you have a gem 💎 of an associate here at your Angleton store!!!
