I spend over $20,000 on paints on this hotel job 64 rooms on w.columbia tx but they give me the wrong color for 2 gallons ... they lossing my bussines the manager on this store has zero IQ on customer or bussines

At the Angleton Sherwin Williams had questions and salesman would not let me finish them, then spoke too fast with incomplete sentences and I was unable to understand, he was trying to set me up to buy more expensive paint that wouldnt have taken care of my needs, but fortunately didnt have that paint and sent me to the Clute store, where they took care of me...

Usually has a good stock of supplies and paint. I would consider this a medium size location. Ive been to smaller stores but it isnt as big as the Webster, Lake Jackson, or 290 location. They dont offer any 18 inch roller supplies.

Sherwin-Williams has the best color choices and great ways to make your selection. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I start to try another paint store, I end up at Sherwin-Williams. Danisha was very helpful when I was choosing colors. When I went back for my purchase, Justin was also helpful in making sure I got the right supplies and paint.

Store manager did not seem to want to be an employee. He made no effort to engage with me at all from the moment I entered to the time I left. I stood at the counter quite a while with him looking at a computer screen. The other associate processed my transaction at some point. I understand that he may have been engaged in what was on the screen but as a manager he should be a great multitasker and people person. There was nothing wrong with his mouth that he couldnt have said, be with you in a moment-etc. I Have spent way too much money at that particular store front and never encountered this gentlemen. Dont know if he is knew but doesnt matter I am not returning for future purchases.

It’s a great store. Been a customer for years . It’s was the only one I would go to.Chris the manager is great. He is very calm and has Patients with anyone and gives great advice and tipsLately they have new employees that are straight up cut to the throat rude!Horrible to customers. Lack of helping others with question.It’s has put such a bad taste in my mouth I will never shop here again .

Product selection is much better than any big box store and knowledgeable employees are readily available to explain products.

The assistant manager spent time looking up an old color for me, she was very helpful. So happy with my local Sherwin Williams store in Angleton.
