Ordered to refill our gas tank early friday morning 02/12/21 & charged us $600 just so that they can go & refill it to a wrong address, my neighbor!!!! Called early this morning 02/15/21 & all they could tell me was I will send this to my manager, I will call you back with a solution its 2pm, currently on hold (2 hrs & 40 mins) to ask why havent I heard back from them with a solution! Horrible service! *UPDATE* Spoke to a representative & was told that it was never escalated to a manager & she assured me that it does get escalated to a manager. 02/16/21 called again to get status from a manager it took 3hrs & 49 mins for a representative to answer all she could do is add notes in the system of my hold time! Now its 02/17/21 at this point my husband called whom also waited 4 hrs for someone to answer with no telling of when they would make the delivery! 02/18/21 my husband called again! Waited 2 hrs representative told him that someone would make the delivery before 6pm. Finally at 5pm it gets delivered! The delivery man was nice & friendly and after he finished his job my husband came inside the house grabbed the trash to take out just to find the delivery man taking a piss next our house!!! Not only has this company shown bad customer service but also disrespects our property and still to this day 02/24/21 we havent heard anything from a manager!!!

I ordered my gas a couple days out knowing that I was paying extra for the quick delivery, I was insured by their office in Houston that it would be here that Friday. Called the office back Friday afternoon and they said they would be here later that afternoon and all was well. Got a call from some guy named Thomas after 6pm, he said he was sending someone out. No one ever showed up.. waited all night in the cold with no heat, no hot water no stove.. Saturday I had to call their emergency number just to talk to someone since this Thomas guy wouldnt return any of my calls.. finally it seems a driver from over 2 hours away is headed here now 8pm.. this is a local company and they send a driver from 2 hours away.. fingers crossed I even get any propane at all.. honestly how the hell do they even stay in business. ZERO COMMUNICATION AND NO CARE FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. First and last time I use Ferrell..Edit: added 1 more star as I finally received my propane around 11pm. Thank you to the driver who came all that way.

The WORST! Unreliable, unethical, slow, no communication on an estimated delivery timeframe but I always have to put a buffer of 3 weeks, ALWAYS, because thats typically how long it takes and otherwise we would run out of gas. Weve had our rented tank on the side of our house for over 20 years. This January we had a leak in it. Both our house and our neighbors house smelled of gas and our 200 gallon tank drained in a month. When they came out they told us there was no leak but that the tank was too close to the house and we had to pay them move it...umm...no! It had been there for 20+ years and they are just now telling us? And their tank is faulty and we have to pay for it? All wrong. All of it.
