I came in looking for a Bosch Dishwasher as the one I ordered from another business was backordered. They had it in stock so I bought it and it ended up being cheaper. David was so nice to work with that I decided to buy a stove the next day and will be buying my new refrigerator also from him. The store was clean and well stocked and the prices competitive with the box companies and I would rather do business with the small business owner too.

Website says the business closes at 5:30. Apparently that is not correct. I’m sitting in my car in the lot at 5:05. Store is closed. Wasted time!

Horrible charged me 75$ just to tell me my washer wasnt worth fixing. Was here not even 5minutes

Got tile installed from there that matches our 40 year old tile perfectly and updated the flooring to tile also. So far so good and the installation went quickly and flawlessly. Love our appliances and mattresses also. Would highly recommend, its my first stop for those things.

Obviously the customer is in question and not believed. Very upset with not finding a problem in three service calls. My building maintenance man found problem. Not satisfied with their response and compensation offer. Very disappointed since they were so highly recommended. So sorry for having to give a bad review.

Wow I bought a washer in dryer they were not the same brand they both were sitting in different areas of the store one was in the repair shop in the other one was far in the other corner for sale the washer was for sale they were asking a hundred ninety five for the washer the dryer were sitting in the repair shop it was the dryer of my dreams but unfortunately the dryer was no good I had to drive it back and for from Fort Wayne today in Angola 4 times plus I had to replace a thermal fuse multiple times the final time I took the final time I took the dryer back to them I hadnt heard from them for weeks I respond to them finally no one contacted me for another couple weeks I finally contacted them again he tells me that the motherboard is fried that hes willing to give me half of my money back it takes two hundred dollars to replace it no one could have called me and tell me this sooner I told him Ill see him in court trying to say I had the wires crossed up I believe that they know it was not working fine it took them 4 trips just say that the motherboard was fried Wow
