The only good thing about this place is their prices and ONE staff member is nice. We had dropped off two tires at 11am for them to switch the rims, they said it should only take 30 minutes and they would call us when done. It is now 2pm and we finally just drove back to see if the tires were ready yet. The tires have not even been moved!!! We finally got out tires back at about 2:30. Don’t think we will be coming back.Edit: As we were getting our tires you could hear staff in the back cussing eachOther out and a older staff member was on the phone telling a customer not to call them that they will call her when her car is ready. I felt like that was very rude and not professional at all.

Took car to simply have tire stem replaced. They destroyed the tire pressure monitor, and gouged the outside of my rim. Have yet to see if they make it right.

Never, ever send a woman there without a knowledgeable person with her. My friend was almost ripped off big time!! Fortunately she talked to someone else and realized what was going on before it was too late.

Yesterday I was faced with a tire problem (low air) and was on my way back to St. Charles, IL. I google searched nearest tire repair shops and decided to try Smith Enterprises in Angola, IN. Upon my arrival to their shop, I could tell it was a busy day and wasnt sure they would have time to help me. Shorty Smith was my first contact at the desk and he did more than his best to help squeeze me in and have my tire fixed. He was professional, accomodating, personable, and above all understanding of my need to get home to St. Charles, IL. I felt very welcome (as an out-of-towner) and cared for by Shorty and the staff at Smith Enterprises. They found a screw in my tire and fixed it on the spot. I cannot thank Shorty enough for helping me yesterday and making sure I got home safe. He was such a nice, friendly, and competent person -- thanks again, Shorty!!!
