Awnings and Signs Contractors of angola do not pay their invoices on time

Mark Bastin from Awning & Sign Contractors reach out to Delta Sign Company, whom I work for to do a site survey for ULTA #561 in Charleston, WV. Survey was done to their specs, measurements were sent, but unfortunately Awning & Sign Contractors of Angola, IN decided to stiff us for the survey fee. I have tried numerous times to contact Mr. Bastin, with no luck. Seems if they don’t have the winning bid then they feel they don’t have to pay you for the survey, regardless that you fulfilled your contract with them.
