I purchased a used Hewitt lift and brought it to Dry Dock, as they are the local Hewitt dealer, for initial setup and install. They got it in the water quick and the summer was off to a great start! I ended up having some issues with the lift and the Dry Dock team was prompt in getting out to take care of it. After some back and forth on the lift, we finally got the issues taken care of and I cant thank them enough for the great customer service they provided.Thank you for all the help!

My wife and I stopped by to see if they had any dock tie downs for our Tracker. We were met by a wonderful sales associate who actually listened to what we wanted and within 5 minutes had the exact product we wanted. I ask if they worked on Mercury motors. I was escorted to the service department where I met the service manager Julie and the parts manager Jill. I had a safety recall on my Mercury engine and Julie opened a service order while I was there, Jill researched the parts required, determined she had the part and I was out the door. I took my boat in the following day at 12:15 PM and it was completed by 3:20 PM. I fully expected the process to take over a week.My wife and I were so impressed with the customer first attitude that we have told all of our friends around Hamilton Lake about our experience. It is a rarity to see a group of managers and employees who actually like their jobs and it shines through to their customers. Job well done TEAM DRY DOCK!

I have been working with Dry Dock for many years and simply put their service is awesome. I am very particular and they accommodate my unique requests. I greatly appreciate everything Dry Dock does to make my boating season hassle-free.

The trolling motor on my fishing boat stopped and I had a fishing tournament the next day. The tested the wiring for me to verify the motor was bad and refused payment. They had a shelf with trolling motor accessories for the used one I ended up buying off a friend. I appreciated their help and good selection of boating supplies.

Took my Ranger in to have fiberglass work done. Unfortunately the first sub-contractor did a sub-par job. They worked with me and found a different company to do the repair work. That company did an excellent job and you cant even tell where the damage was. I highly recommend Dry Dock and want to thank Julie and Bud for going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I am sure I have missed someone, but they all are very helpful.

I just had my boats serviced at Dry Dock and again they exceeded my expectations!!! My pontoon boat and lift canopy were delivered/installed as agreed open and in excellent fashion. I had an electrical issue on another boat I had them winterize but I stored, and they were able to fix the situation in the parking lot to keep me on schedule!! I was literally “dead in the water”, and Dry Dock rescued me. I can’t say enough about Julie (Service), Chris (new boats/service) and Terry (owner), they do everything possible to keep you on the water!! Thanks Dry Dock team!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ( worth the read ) I had to have some warranty work done on my boat. The factory recommended Dry Dock can do the warranty. So I called to the service dept. explaining my situation. That I did not buy my boat from them, but the factory recommended them to do the repair. No issues setting the appointment. They got my boat in a couple days, and said it would be done the next week. Great...Took the boat in on a Sat as requested. I called back on Wednesday to check on it... Here is where it all goes down hill...Julie... says, yes, I called you and your boat is ready. I thought nothing of it, I missed a call. I explained I will be there the next day to pick it up. I think.. how did I miss a call... no calls missed on my phone. I go to pick up my boat. Julie says, you know... there are two people with your name, I must have called the other one, because he told me he got the wrong bill, that he does not have a pontoon. hhhmmm...So I paid my bill, looked at my receipt, not my address... not my phone number... ooohhhh, its the other person with my names information. That just great... So I go to hook my boat up to my truck, I take a look around the boat, thats odd, I am completely missing a wheel. Trailer is only 6 mo old. So I walk back to the office. Julie says, oh ya... your tire isnt on your trailer. We sent it off to be repaired, and it must not be back yet. Remind you, when I spoke to her yesterday, I said I was coming in today to get it...never said anything was wrong with the tire...Julie says, we can deliver it for free.. I explained I work out of town, and I took the time off to get the boat.. I asked if it can be delivered tomorrow. She quickly says, I dont know if we can depends on when the tire is done.. wow... so another worker came up and explained to me what happed to the tire.. still not sure how that happened, I drove it there a few days earlier, and it was fine...they call the tire company and its done, and they will put it on. It gets put on, and I start to pull away, two guys drive up to me and said I need to come back and pay for the tire... im confused... I dropped it off and it was fine, has a flat in your possession, and I have to pay for it. So I walk back again to the office and now I am heated. I said there are a few things wrong here. 1). who has my information. I have this receipt with someone elses info on it, and you already told me that the other person called you saying you sent him the wrong bill. 2) I go and get my boat, and there is no tire on it. 3) you are making me pay for it when it went flat in your possession. Even after explaining this, not a single apology ... Julie then says... I didnt know the tire wasnt on the trailer. Not my responsibility for your communication at the place you work at. And she argued with me about my name and address. That she doesnt have my info, but making it my fault she doesnt have it. Zero ownership for not doing her job, and making me feel like it was my fault. Then she throws at me, well, you didnt buy your boat from us, so I do not have your information. So this is how you treat people when you do not buy from them, and thats still my fault you did not ask me for my info? Completely made excuses for everything that happened, never took ownership, and blamed me for all of it. The reason I took my boat there... the factory said they were backed up until the fall to get repairs done. I would have rather left my boat sit in a parking lot for five months, then to get treated like that. Just could not believe the lack of responsibility and the treatment from a place that really does have nice products. So the moral is.. if you do not buy your products there, dont go there for anything, or dont see Julie.

A definite hidden treasure. Great sales and service departments with a great staff of fun people. If you have never been in the store, make time to stop in.

Dry dock provided me with competitive pricing for my new boat and a fair trade in value for my boat and lift. Customer service was over the top as the entire Dry Dock team went above and beyond to get the boat delivered to me the Saturday of the 4th of July. They just made the whole transaction a fair and pleasant experience.

Dry Dock Marine recently took care of my bass boat. I called around 10:00 am and they said they had openings the same day. I took my boat over and within 4 hours they had the motor back running. Showed up 2 minutes after they closed to buy a tow rope for tubing. There was an employee standing outside visiting with another customer. I asked him if he could sell me a tow rope and he started to laugh and said its after 3 and he couldnt help me. I understand that I showed up past closing time but to laugh in my face about being 2 minutes too late was rude and unnecessary.

Took my cruiser in for full set of new batteries . . . nothing done as I specd. it . . . or as the mechanic promised it would be done . . . my boat has NEVER run out of power until they did my work for me - Things wired out of series . . . very disappointed . . .
