Hit and miss. Ive had great coffee and also some pretty bad coffee.

My fiance got a black coffee. It was good, and cost about the same as other local coffee shops. Im not a coffee drinker but. Y fiance said shed get it again. Lok

Also enjoy a good cup of coffee here, especially their Michigan Cherry coffee. Good service and I was offered a warm up while doing some work!

I love their coffee and smoothies. The employees are nice and do a great job. However...I went in and paid almost $6 for my drink alone. For the first time since Ive been coming here, my drink was TERRIBLE. It tasted like I was chewing up potpourri. I was told by, who I assume was the owner bc she came in well dressed and walked behind the counter like she was, that no, they dont replace drinks. Then proceeds to tell me that if I went to McDonalds and didnt like my sandwich they wouldnt make me another one. I said well at over $10 for two drinks...I want to be able to DRINK mine. I even offered to pay half the cost for a replacement! She told them they could remake it,(but they wont be doing it again) and it was delicious. It is this womans behavior alone that they received this poor review, and why we wont be back. And fyi...my son works at Starbucks...and they do replacements for ppl if they dont like their product. It gives them a reason to come back after a negative experience. To me...thats good customer service. 😉

One day they will let you use your coupon and earn points and the next they wont. I dont understand why you cant use coupons and earn points. Its like after 11 coffees you get one free. And at 6 dollars a cup I dont think their points are going to break them.

The last 3 times Ive went Ive ordered a 24 oz and recieved a 20 oz. When I say something they tell me they can just pour it into a 24oz cup and add more ice. This morning when I went I waited in line for 30 minutes just for my drink to have been already made and sitting in the window for what seemed like the whole 30 minutes. It was so melted and watered down that it didnt even taste like coffee.

Love this place, but they need more help in the morning.

The caramel apple cider is my favorite! I go to Starbucks often because we have one in my job, but Id actually choose Biggby over them any day.

Favorite coffee shop ever. Coffee actually tastes like coffee, even frappes, and not just sugar unlike Starbucks and 5Lakes.

The coffee and drink selection is the largest Ive ever seen in a coffee establishment. If you can think of a flavor combination, they execute to make the perfect tasting drink. The bragels are exceptional and are a family favorite in our house hold! Staff is very knowledgeable and prompt to get drinks completed and to the customers. The clean and friendly environment and tasty drinks and food makes me look forward to our next visit each time we leave.

Great service!! All the baristas are always cheery and ask how my day is. Brightens my day seeing them when I come in!! My drinks are always perfect and bagels are always made fresh. My favorite drink is the red-bull cream freeze with real strawberries and coconut syrup and whip. :)

Pretty good coffee and drinks. A little pricey for me but they have a decent rewards program and a drive through.

Love going here workers are friendly and the owners are great. No matter how busy they are they take time to talk to their customers. LOVE my frozen Butter Bear!

The coffee is always so good, but the service is extremely slow. I had to wait in line for maybe 30 min just to get one coffee.

Every time I come in the baristas are always happy and greet me with a smile. I have not once been disappointed with the service and the drinks are always amazing!

Amazing baristas, fun environment, baristas are so happy and helpful.The drinks are amazing, bagel sandwiches made fresh to order and espresso is pulled fresh per drink so always fresh and delicious.

We travel through this area frequently and ever since Biggby has opened up in Anglola it’s a must stop! The service is always top notch and the drinks are perfect. Can’t wait to go back !

In the beginning the coffee was fantastic but now it’s below average. The customer service is terrible, they question customers. If you’re not pleased with the drink then don’t expect to get help from anyone. The drive thru and inside are atrociously slow. Just go somewhere else.

I’m so addicted to Biggby Coffee and was SO excited when it came to Angola! Biggby is one of the best places to grab a drink, order a bragel, and work on homework. The espresso is always ground fresh, and the bragels are hot and made to order.
