Extremely rude, and SLOW customer service.Super frustrating.

Shopping and picking up prescriptions for my mom.

They have always filled my prescriptions correctly.Loved being notified when ready with auto fill.

Dont bother trying to get ahold of them over the phone always take me 15 to 30 mins for them to answer the phone for a 40 sec phone call if I could go somewhere else I would but because my ins only lets me go here I have to stay

Why the hell cant the covid19 tests be scheduled over the phone. My mom has to get a test done because of someone who tested positive at her factory and shes trying to do the online bull and it wont even schedule her. She cant go back to work without it being done.

Dont try calling angola store hours waiting on hold. Then they are rude why dont they get more help?

8-10-20 Called the Pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready and was on hold for 23 minutes. While Im on hold I decided to drive there after 15 minutes or so and pulled up to the drive through window and rang the button for 3 minutes before anyone came to the window. I showed her my phone and said Ive been on hold for 23 minutes. There was literally no one in the Pharmacy at all. They were PURPOSELY IGNORING PHONE CALLS!!! They have lost my meds after being filled, they have put wrong Dr.s names on bottles and a number of other f**k ups. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY EVERY!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVERY AGAIN! After waiting 25 minutes in a drive thru lane that never moved I went in. Waited another 20 minutes to pick up a zero cost prescription. If you can’t staff your stores don’t bother opening them! Why can’t a pharmacy in this town get its act together?!

Horrible.slow as molasses.they should seriously realize that thats the 1 line of work where needed to be quick and thorough

Went to drive thru to drop of a prescription and I had a question so I hit the call button several time but got no response. Later I called to ask the question I had and after 10 minutes of holding I got no answer. WOW!!

Been trying for over a month to get an ezpass and they keep saying they will get them the next day. You are the only cvs in angola. Try your best to keep up on your stock.

Incredibly misinformed staff... I felt terrblle from a sinus infection, and was made to feel like a criminal because someone didnt know what they were doing in selling some pseudophedrine.

Always very friendly and helpful. You can save considerable money by using your extra care card in-store and on-line.

Always quick & friendly but their prices alittle high...

I would give CVS in Angola ZERO stars if that possible. ZERO customer service, have no clue whats going on EVER!!!!
