I walked in to set up a business account and was looking for Home Service Internet. I was quickly and warmly greeted with a smile from one of the sales consultants. (Angela) was extremely knowledgeable about about each service and product they provided. She worked with me for over an hour to help me determine which service and product would suit my needs best. She did not rush nor pressure me into getting something I was not interested in or comfortable with. She thoroughly explained everything and broke down the billing estimate so I could easily understand what I would be charged. To be honest at first I thought she was the store manager because of her insight and dedication to her job. Although she was not the on site manager...She NEEDS to be! Angela even followed up with me a week later on my service and made sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I will always be coming back to this store for all my future business and personal needs. They treat you like a real person here, not just a sale.
I came in right at 10 and needed a new phone and needed to be at work at 10:45. I knew I was being annoying and that isn’t their problem. But I asked him (Addison) if it was possible to do it in 40 minutes and he got me in and out with a new phone in 20! He was very nice and efficient and I sincerely appreciate the help! :)
Maxwell @ the SE Delaware location was very helpful. He was patient with all the questions I asked and was willing to explain things.

Even with Covid ruling our lives ..these guys go above and beyond. Meeting customers outside and running the list of people through quickly considering they cant let as many in and some have greater needs than others. Great job.

Had a great visit with US CELLULAR. THE YOUNG MAN HAD MY PHONE UNFROZE IN 1 MINUTE AND DID SHOW ME WHAT TO DO IF IT SHOULD HAPPEN AGAIN!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My mom locked herself out of her phone. She had pictures of my deceased dad. She also had pictures of her dog who had just passed away two days ago. She told the employee that she had these pictures and did not want to lose them. He reset her phone back to factory settings and erased everything. The he gave her back a phone she was still locked out of. Will never go here again! How ridiculous!
I went into the store to ask about fixing my phone. I walked in there and there were 2 associates with 2 people. Normally I get a greeting this time I did not and ended up waiting for 45 minutes, finally I left because not once did they say anything to me. I understand they were busy but getting a greeting when you walk in shows they noticed that you ate there. I left and went to another location in town.
Horrible service!! Was in there on Tuesday of this week. There were two associates helping other customers. I was greeted by one of them as I came in the door and was told someone would be right with me. I could hear two other associates in the back room giggling and chatting loudly. After being in the store almost a half hour, a couple came in through the door. They were greeted too. After 5 minutes, one of the associates came out of the backroom and walked right up to the couple and started helping them. Needless to say, I was livid!! I was so pissed, I walked out of the store and immediately called US Cellular Corporate to stage a complaint. I went back in and was finally helped by the girl that greeted me the first time. She acted like she had never seen me! I conducted my business (which was a form needing to be faxed to another US Cellular store in Southern Iowa) and thought all was well. Today, I received a call from the other store that the form had not been sent!! I am now on hold with this store because they cannot find the form. This is how every transaction that I have done with them goes!! It is beyond maddening!! I would have given them a fourth of a star if that was an option!
For various reasons I have been in this store an average of once or twice a week for over a month. I have heard that they were bought out and that is why billing is changing and there are so many problems. I am not at all happy with customer service there. The wait is ridiculous, problems dont get solved satisfactory, and I, along with other people have been double billed. I dont blame the staff except that they dont seem too knowledgeable. I have used US. Cellular for 13yrs. I had to get a new contract when I bought my new phone, so I am stuck. When my contract ends, I will be switching to another company. I understand that the problem is corporate, but employees shouldnt be working until they have been properly trained. The company should have informed their customers prior to the change to let us know what was going on. I am a very unhappy customer and know I am not alone.
I would prefer rate a negative number of stars as they dont deserve a 0 let alone a 1.Been sitting here waiting to have my military ID verified for over an hour and a half. Plus I did this and waited over an hour 2 months ago. It takes less than a minute to verify. Unfortunately,there was a mistake on their end so I am doing it again in hopes that they dont screw up again causing me to have to repeat this process yet again.
Ive been in here many times for new phones and service changes. They are always so very knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre also quite popular, so yes, there is usually a bit of a wait, but its always well worth it! I just wish they stayed open later than 7pm on Sat nites.

Service is mediocre. Asked about buying a new LG phone and the associate told me he only ever had people buy iPhone or Samsung. He was zero help and could not answer any off my questions

Dont waste your time. Our contract with Verizon will soon expire, so I stopped in to get information about US Cellulars cell-phone plans. A lot of staff doing nothing. Stayed about 15 minutes without any service before I left. I guess I will stay with my reliable Verizon service.

I have been in this store 3 times and have had a poor experience everytime. All I want is accessories and have walked out all three times due to no employee available. I waited on average 15-20 minutes per visit. They need one employee to run a cash register. Not four employees trying to diagnose a smart phone ap.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!After putting our name on a 45 minute waiting list, we returned after lunch and then waited about another 45 in the store before being seen. You should have more than 3 employees on a Saturday - especially when the employees were quoted as saying Saturday through Monday are our busiest days.When we finally got to a representative he was the most condescending representative Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Jaymes repeatedly discredited my husbands knowledge and laughed when I said I was going to follow my husbands advice on which phone to choose. I mean my husband fixes this stuff and all other kinds of technology for a living! Every thing my husband brought up Jaymes discredited - from differences in the phones I was considering to the types of insurance that other locations offered for smart phones.If this wasnt bad enough, Jaymes told me he wasnt able to assist in the setup of my new phone because the battery is dead. This didnt bother me as my husband has setup his last two phones by himself and also helps make sure my phone is up to date; however, after my husband tried the *228, we discovered Jaymes did absolutely NOTHING. We had to go to another location where the manager (who was able to assist not only us, but two other clients simultaneously well) informed us Jaymes didnt switch the serial number or do anything.If I wasnt tied to US Cellular through a group plan my business would be gone after my experience with Jaymes and this awful branch.
I was having problems with my phone and they were able to fix the problem and it now works great.
