One hour delivery at a great price!!! Just needed a new mattress to last about 5 years and got a great deal on one here...may last much longer: better quality than we expected! Excellent customer service, not pushy and didnt hover over us but was available if we had questions. Nice little out of the way place with a good variety of unique items (more can be ordered, I understand). Great deals on some things today ( we didnt need them, though). We will definitely be back when looking for certain items.

Would recommend this store to anyone. Excellent customer service, friendly, easy, owner works the store with his family. I had a truck fall through and owner arranged for his son to deliver very quickly. I rarely take time to leave reviews but this experience exceeded expectations, especially compared to how poor customer service is these days in bigger chain operations. Will go back for my other furniture needs

My apartment flooded from an upstairs unit and the only thing ruined was my mattress. New Furniture Outlet was the first place my wife and I looked and we were beyond pleased with our experience. The gentleman working was the owner. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through our first mattress purchase. His son delivered it to our front door in a timely manner for an extremely reasonable price. All in all, this family run business helped us turn an almost disastrous occurrence into an extremely pleasant shopping experience. We will definitely be back in the future!

I didnt even know this store was here in Ankeny. I had wonderful customer service from the owner. He told me he has been in business for 10 years. He didnt pressure me into buying anything. He were so helpful. He even taught my son how to help save our furniture longer by showing him what to do and not do. I highly recommend this store. Local owned and operated. The other reviews sound great, but we recently bought 2 recliner chairs, & one already has the form seat moving around causing back problems!!!Not sure if the other will change in the near future!The receipt may have read NO RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES, FURNITURE AS IS, which we didnt see until we got home, as the business people kept TALKING TO US, so you might not notice, but we took a chance.Probably were to self blame, but WHAT BUSINESS, says that about brand NEW furniture. If I were you, in the future I sayDONT BUY FROM A BUSINESS, THAT DOESNT BACK IT UP!!!!!!

Rick is an awesome guy! Ordered a bedroom set and the dresser came broken.It had been the week of the 4th and he was out for vacation so I had been out of a dresser for almost 2 weeks.Fast forward I get my dresser delivered at no extra charge and had it hauled up to my bedroom for me.Turns out my new(est) dresser had a broken drawer that I thought doesn’t come out. He offered to come out all the way to Johnston to help me fix it after he closed the store on Saturday.
