I had Terry come out to replace a broken spring last year. Very professional and reasonably priced. About a month later the Derecho hit and I had severe damage to my garage doors. Terry and his some took car of me then as well. He even called me a couple months later to see how the doors were working. They a lifelong customer in me. Excellent job!

I called to see if he could come fix my garage door, I told him that my hey-year-old son still on my tractor and pull the The red rope and the garage door came crashing down and broke the spring (we have a very low garage Ceiling)So the guy continue to question me about what would possess my eight-year-old son to do that. And I was like he is eight-year-old Dennis the Menace. And he was like I understand that but I’m trying to understand why he would pull that red rope. I’m like sir that doesn’t have anything to do with you coming out to fix my door. And a third time he was bringing up the same issue of trying to understand why my son would pull the rope. I’m like sir that means nothing he is eight years old!And I said I’m calling someone else.

I had Ankeny door spring come out last winter to look at my sagging garage door. I was prepared to have to buy a new door and another company would probably have suggested that. The young man who came just put in a supporting beam for a very reasonable cost and I was so grateful. My review is much overdo but I most highly recommend this company!
