Superior Collision exceeded my expectations! I stopped in randomly to get an estimate and Carmen was more than willing to help. She looked at the work that needed to be done and gave a verbal estimate. When I called a week later to see when I could get it in, I was able to get it in day of and Terry gave me a fair and accurate quote with a quick turn around. To my surprise, my vehicle was done a day early and came in slightly under the original quote after they removed work that didnt need to be done.

Superior Collision is the ***only*** choice for car repair in the Ann Arbor area.Seriously! We first came here when my girlfriend had a parking lot fender bender and the quality of their work was apparent to me as soon as we picked her car up. Fantastic paint blending and perfect panel gaps. The car was back to new! This year I hit a deer and knew exactly who to trust with my truck.The work is high quality and the team is professional, courteous and prompt! I got updates when I needed them and they handled my insurer like champs. It makes sense that they stand out from their peers in the area because they are locally owned and operated.

My insurance company asked me to use a shop down the street - Gerber - their estimate came in at $4,400 for a small dent (basketball sized) over the drive rear fender on a 2012 Impala. The Impala has a single piece of metal that runs the entire length of the car that has over 1,800 welds - they wanted to take that off and replace it and said it would take them 24 business days to do it.I went down the road to Superior - more of mom and pop kind of place - you always talk to the same people. Terry (Owner) was at the desk - came out and did an estimate in 3 minutes - said he could do it in a week or less and for $1800.They delivered - if you value your time and money - Superior is a good place to do business.

I am thoroughly impressed. I had a minor car accident and when I searched the internet I saw others had given Superior Collision good reviews. I live nearby, so they seemed like a good spot to get my car fixed.Im a very satisfied customer. They fixed my car quickly as soon as the insurance adjuster finally arrived, even during the busy winter car accident season. They also tracked down a rare wheel to replace the one I had and did a beautiful job with my car. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable.The reviews are correct, this is a fantastic body shop!

Someone had backed into my car so I was collecting quotes in order to try to get this person the best rate for the repair (they opted to go outside of insurance), and Superior made it super easy to get a fast quote. They also came in at the most competitive rate by a mile. Their staff is incredibly friendly and I loved being able to support a family owned-operated business. My car was complete within 48-hours and they even detailed it upon pickup - that truly was the cherry on top! Overall the experience was incredible. I felt like I was taking my car to my aunt & uncles for a repair, their shop is quaint and they treat you like they’ve known you forever which made me feel super comfortable, and confident I had chosen the best body shop for my car. If you’re looking for a place you can trust to do a phenomenal job, this is your place!

Fixed my car quickly with no problems

My 16 year old was in an auto accident 3 weeks after getting his license. There was damage to the driver’s side including both the side and headlights. Estimate was accurate, totally reasonable and the car was fixed in a matter of a couple of days (when I told it would be ready) and looked brand new when I picked it up. Superior Collision is superior service. I would highly recommend this body shop. The owner who also does much of the repair work was down to earth, polite, HONEST and reliable. Hopefully, no more crashes in the future, but if any of my cars need body work again, I will go to Superior Collision.

They are the best! Brought my black Cadillac to them with some front end work and it came back looking better then new. I have another Cadillac I have in their shop now. When I drop off my cars I dont even have to wait for the quote, because times before Ive compared and Superior is always hundreds of dollars less. Carmen at the font desk is the nicest person ever. We have used them for two repairs and a write up for a third. The work is flawless, yes even aluminum. Cant really comment on the pricing since they have always been repairs through insurance. The write up they did was for an old Escape of mine that I wanted to get rid of some panel rust and they explained that if they did that repair it would actually make the situation worse since the area in question had sound dampening foam in it and their welding in that area would trap moisture in the repair, and then Id have to do the repair again... So they saved me from myself on that one.

Everyone here is great. Carmen so We gives me a good deal. The work is quality grade and so is their customer service. I dont even shop around any more. If I need body work I just call and make sure I can take my car there.

I was really happy with the service and quality of repair on my car. This was an insurance claim, and they did all the heavy lifting for me - I didnt have to negotiate or go back and forth, which I really appreciated. The service was timely, and my car looks great. Was really impressed by the color matching, as I have a kiwi green colored car! Even better was the warranty provided on the service they performed, and the advice they gave me about turning in my car after the lease is up. I really appreciated them - great to deal with for my first accident/collision. Would go here again if needed!

Don’t take your car here. After taking longer than estimated to replace my bumper and get a front end alignment, they did not align my front end and they placed the wrong model bumper on my car. After making promises about fixing it, they failed to call me back. After I called them and my insurance, they replaced the bumper but lied about a front end alignment until i called them a few days later explaining that my car still did not feel right and they then admitted that they STILL did not do the alignment.

If I could give negative 10 I would!! Do yourself a favor and drive past as fast as you can! Yes Carmen and Terry are nice as theyre lying like crazy. First 2 times I took my other car there no problem so when I was hit on my passenger side by 2 cars 2 days apart (Oct 27 & 29), I told my insurance that I wanted Superior to do the work and okd the checks to be made out to them BAD DECISION!! The checks were mailed out immediately even though I wasnt taking my car in until I left for vacation Nov. 12 picking up my car Nov. 27 (2 full weeks to get job done). I was told that was plenty of time and car would be ready. I am also an Uber and Lyft driver and Thansgiving weekend is busiest of year and there was a football game in AA. When I called to pick up I was told my car wouldnt be ready until the following Tuesday maybe Wed. I reminded Carmen that I was a rideshare driver and she said they were aware of that. Come Wed. I was told car was getting ready for paint booth, maybe Friday but no guarantees. Friday I was told maybe Monday Dec. 9 (remember I was told no problem for Nov. 27).I had been pretty calm until Monday when I was told Wed./Thurs. Again. I lost it, figuring they had screwed around with at least $1000-1500 of my income. Carmen even went so far as to tell me Terry and her knew that I was losing income and they were going to do something to help with my lost income. ANOTHER LIE. Finally on Friday Dec. 13 I am told it would be ready by 3pm. At 4:10 I finally get my car, drive 2 blocks and come back. Engine light on, some lights arent working, auto start, door locks, etc. I was told I had rushed the job.(over 4 weeks but I rushed it lol) So again I couldnt work that weekend.The car was picked up on Monday Dec 17 and brought back Tuesday Dec18 and finally is in working order. Dont put yourself through hell like I did!!! I try to help small businesses but dont expect to be conned.As a side note, I am a very calm person, on Dec. 14 diagnosed with shingles on neck, cheek, ear, head brought on by stress, of which this situation became extremely stressful. The shingles have now caused Bells Palsy so half my face is paralyzed. All of it caused by far far from Superior Collision

They really stand behind the work they do. Extremely flexible and helpful as well. If I ever need to get my vehicle fixed again I will definitely go to them.

They did a great job on my car. It was promised in 9 days and delivered in 7 what more could you ask for. I would recommend them for any collision repairs.

Then best shop I have ever been to. Was recommended by a friend and feel the same way they do. They saved me hundreds when another local shop tried selling me a lot of things I honestly did not need. Then I was in a accident and my car was damaged severely. Scott did a wonderful job keeping me informed and the car looked amazing when done. They even cleared a few scratches from a shopping cart free of charge. This is the ONLY body shop and also for mechanical repair I will bring my car to.

They did a decent job on some scratches I had on the car. I didnt want new parts or used parts - just fix what was already on the car. They need a decent job that I didnt need to look for new parts.

I havent had any major collision work done here, but know several who have and have been happy with the work. For me it was 2 small things; I locked my keys in my car at the tailor next door and the woman working inside helped me get them out with their slimjim. The other was when I did some really awful touch up myself then popped in to ask for suggestion to fix it. The fella inside came out and gave me advice and even a little hands on work, free of charge, that fixed me right up. Obvious where Ill being going when I need major work done.

Worst body shop ever!!! Ruined the repair work on my new car. Worst paint job. I had to take my car 4 times but could not fix the paint job or should I say buff and polish job!!! I could give zero stars if I could.

The folks at Superior have always gone out of their way to make my experience a good one. Ive been using them for all of my paint and insurance/collision work for the better part of ten years and they have always done an amazing job!

Inept, little accountability and poor customer service. It seems they have no organization and leadership. Ordered wrong parts, promised finish date and broke that twice, I showed on third occasion for agreed upon pick up and still not done. Job took a month when it should have been only 2 weeks. Throughout failed to even call with updates. Plan to pass along thoughts to my insurance company so I dont get sent there again.

Dropped off my car to get a detailed repair estimate. It was a week before they called me, and that because I was persistent about calling them. In the end they didnt want to do the repair because the parts were too hard to find (older car). I think I was pushed to the side because I would be paying out of pocket instead of with collision insurance.
