So many neat things for the kitchen but the high prices leave many things on the wish list. Great quality pieces, especially kitchen utensils. Great gift ideas. Staff here is always friendly and willing to help...or leave you to browse in peace if you wish.

This store has every HIGH END kitchen gadget one could want cookware and knifes galore! Spices and sauces to bake, saute, or grill. BUT you better be ready to pay the price. I had a great time walking through the store looking at everything. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

The website was temporarily out of stock on sets of quiche pans needed for an Easter family meal. They located the Ann Arbor store for order fulfillment. The AA store was busy, so the associate offered a call back and followed through! The product was perfectly packaged and shipped the same day! My coupon was accepted (it had to be physically mailed) and credit received! Trust these folks for superior customer service!

My daughter absolutely loved the Peter Rabbit baking class. Patty (?) was fantastic with the kids.

Although nice, the staff was not knowledgeable about basic products. I felt like I was the educator.

Terrible service! We went there 30 min before they close. We made super fast purchases but the assistances still showed terrible faces (as if they can push us out and go home early....)

I love the store!! the people are great! the staff is very helpful, they know what they are talking about when it comes to most products, i have had a issue with something that was perchance 18 months ago and i took it in with the receipt, and since they no longer had the product they gave me a gift card. i knew what i was looking for and it was an online item only so I tried to order it online in October. thinking i would have it for the holidays... when using a gift card online it is charge the day you make your order. if you use a credit card your card will not be charged until the item is mailed. come the second week of November i called and it was now on back order but no problem mamma it will be there by December 10.. come Dec 5 i received an email saying the item is discontinued and i will be receiving a refund for the oder.. Dec 19 i called still have not received my gift card for over $100. i called again complained about it they cancelled that card and sent out another card. Dec 29 i received a gift card post marked Dec 24 but that was the cancelled one!! that means it was never sent out on the 5 like i was told they didnt bother sending it out until after i called and it wasnt even for the amount i spent. i called the 1800 number and even she was not helpful. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
