What a gem! The owners were welcoming and picked out several dresses for me to try on. I left with 3 of them and still spent less than half of what I would have paid for a new dress. I have a wedding to attend this weekend and at the very last minute realized I have nothing to wear so headed here to get something because a) I didnt have time to order anything and b) I saw the store recommended on an Ann Arbor moms Facebook group. Ive never purchased resale clothing before but I will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know in the A2 area & will return to the store!

Great experience- the new owners have transformed the store to be updated and inviting. The owners are welcoming and helpful- one of them helped me choose items and was attentive and intuitive and quickly got a sense of my style and preferences. The new owners have maintained the selection of quality designer items but have also expanded to include more up-to-date and fun items as well!

The new owners have made shopping and selling here a delightful experience. Nice selection of beautiful clothes, shoes, handbags in a range of sizes. Some great deals to be found. Im becoming a big fan :)

This consignment shop conveys a classy, upscale boutique experience. Service is very friendly and helpful. The clothing has a wide selection with a range of sizes and styles. I find a new treasure each time I visit.

I loved the new look of the store and found some great buys for myself and my two teenage girls. Everyone was so nice and helped me find things that I may not have tried on my own.

Great selection of higher end clothes and accessories! I found the exact designer belt my daughter was looking for. Wonderful staff!

Upon arriving the women working in the store immediately and rudely said, “We only take designer clothes.” I was only told that I needed a membership to sell there after they looked through my clothes and told me it wasn’t worth me signing up. Also it’s important to note that the store seems to be designed for women over fifty which was unexpected. They also had very high prices for designer bags in very poor condition, including large stains etc. Would not return.

There should be two sets of reviews, one for sellers and one for buyers.I have been a seller here for years but stopped taking my things there because the taller woman (not the owners) who minds the store is so incredibly rude. She seems to almost literally turn her nose up at some of the clothes brought in and gives me the impression after items have sold that I am to take the check and just get out without stating or questioning anything. She never wants to be bothered with any questions and is condescending in her manner of speech. For example, I brought in an unworn designer name top that was less than a year old. It was rejected for being too old. When I replied by saying What? This was purchased 9 months ago she became almost hostile. That was 2 or 3 years ago and I have not yet gone back.

Last year the owners accepted 16 pieces of clothing from me, and three months later sent me a tiny check for three of them. They offered no explanation as to what happened with the other 13 items. These clothing items included three leather jackets, an expensive unused designer handbag, unworn pants with tags, a suede skirt, and other items that were expensive and in excellent condition. At the time I brought these items into their store, I was charged a fee for their acceptance of the clothing and I was forced to insist that they give me some general type of inventory list showing what they had received from me. Reluctantly they gave me a vague checklist and acted as though they were doing me a favor. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any reason.

It was my first time and while I just looked around, no one acknowledged me when I came in, despite acknowledging the two other workers that came in right in front of me. Weird, but I liked the selection of purses and shoes, especially from Jimmy Choo and Louboutin. Luckily I saw someone that I knew there, and she must be a regular there. They are nice to people who go there often, but as someone that just was there for the first time, it was an off-putting first impression....
