Experienced awful customer service, likely due to shopping while Black. I wanted to have a gift wrapped for Mothers Day and received little assistance. Every detail I asked for: box, wrapping paper, tissue, ribbon, was met with a retort youll have to pay for that, as if I was completely unaware this. Ill be spending my money elsewhere.
Cool store we got a gift wrapped and the person doing it took 30mins to do it
I love Paper Source for holiday card shopping because it has a great variety. Most notably I find it far easier to discover gender neutral cards that are still cute and interesting instead of being bland and boring.
Such a cute little store. Great for gifts. Staff at this location was very nice and my niece loved what I got her from there.
Cool place. Interesting stuff. Good service
It was nice and had what we needed. Had a fun, wide array of different products
Participated in a silent auction and won a Creative Card-Making hosted event for 4-6 with a $120 value. Nowhere did it mention anywhere on the very formal and prettyPaper Source donation certificate that there was an expiration date. When we called to schedule it for our daughter as a holiday present, we were told that it expired earlier in the year. They said the expiration date was built into the certificate #. How were we suppose to know that? Instead of working something out, we were told there was nothing they could do. Too bad. They made their donation into a negative event rather than a positive marketing experience. We are still super happy to support the charity. @PaperSource: Please keep donating to the community but make the change to properly disclose expiration dates.
Lots of funny items in this store!
Employee was a little snobby, but I guess I shouldve expected it from a stationary~ store in Ann Arbor.
I’ve searched high and low for the perfect card stock for our wedding invitations and I found it at Paper Source! The woman that helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. This card stock is perfect for my DIY invites! Thank you!
What a beautiful store! They have everything you need to create your own greeting cards - the purpose of my visit. They had the scalloped scissors, the paper glue, a wide variety of colors and matching envelopes. I spent too much money but I am so glad I did. It was so much easier to get everything I needed there rather than having to drive around to big box stores. The ladies were very helpful in making suggestions when I told them what I was trying to accomplish. This is my new favorite place!
I came in looking for Thank You cards and Sympathy cards. They were super helpful. I will definitely return when I need more stationary.
Not a very big place, but still a great selection. I come here to buy all my cards.
Great staff. Very helpful. I called in to see if they had a particular item and was told they did by a smiley sounding guy named Brad and then a young woman who was equally smiley with nice eye makeup helped me with my purchase. Good place to spend money yo
One of my favorite stores when Im in a crafty mood. The staff is very helpful and very creative. If your looking for a craft project they are happy to provide some ideas.
Came in looking for envelopes for our engagement, we asked a few very basic questions but got no answers. Instead, they showed us their website (which we had already seen). We were hoping a professional could guide us in helping our selection process, but unfortunately that didn’t happen
Staff is so friendly and a good source for high end product you might not find elsewhere.
Went in to get specialty paper, they did not have it but I ended up buying something similar from their store. My company is tax exempt and I asked if they could remove the tax. The manager came over and mumbled something, and I restated that I needed my purchase to be tax exempt. The manager stated no I asked what company very rudely. I explained I did not hear him and he rudely went on after I told him our company. Be more kind, better customer service gets you farther. Wont be returning to this over priced Ann Arbor, snobby store.
Love all the original handmade paper here. Wish the staff was more friendly
Very nice staff, store has a ton of fun stuff.
Awesome experience - if you enjoy paper crafting, visiting this store is like hitting the jackpot!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff will help in selecting the right high quality paper and craft supplies for your project.
Paper Source has great quality products and brands (Rifle Paper Co., Kate Spade, Ban.do, etc.). Great selection of planners, office supplies, and small gifts.
The selection is great. The sales people are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.
Fantastic service and pleasant associates, but I am disappointed at how few options they have for recycled papers.
Love the friendly staff and selection of stationery. I stop in whenever Im in Ann Arbor
A very cute store with in-store classes.
Lots of beautiful paper and paper goods!
Creativity. Really nice service associates.
Extremely poor customer service, especially Joy the manager. Her name is the epitome of irony
Packed with tzotzkes to clutter your estate sale.
A great place to shop for gifts
Beautiful merchandise!
They went the extra mile to help me.
