I cannot say enough about the fantastic customer service at Exercise Warehouse in Ann Arbor. Shane, who is who Ive always dealt with there, is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. Recently I had a problem with my air bike (which I love btw) that I purchased from him, and Shane came over on his free time to fix it. If you are interested in buying any sort of exercise equipment, go to see him.

I recently became the proud owner of a Club Series Plus Upright Lifecycle. It was a big purchase, a lifetime investment really. I bought the bike at Exercise Warehouse on Jackson Rd. in Ann Arbor, and it was the first I was ever in that store. It turned out to be the cleanest, best-run sports equipment retailer Id ever dealt with -- and Ive been buying equipment since the early 1980s! The two sales people I dealt with, Matt and later Shane, could not have been more helpful. Their knowledge and communication skills were just excellent. I was impressed with them at Exercise Warehouse!

Recently purchased a Cybex Arc Trainer from Shane, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of each piece of equipment we looked at prior to our decision. He made sure we purchased something that would work for us. The delivery team were also great, they had to carry 350 lbs of machine through 3 rooms and down a flight of stairs, very professional through it all.

I took delivery of my Cascade Unlimited Air Bike on October 29, 2018. What a great investment. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane at the Ann Arbor location. After explaining to Shane what I wanted to accomplish with my routines I soon found out it wasnt an eliptical or incumbant bike. Shane directed me towards an air bike. I tried it out in the store for a while, my lower and my upper body and found it was perfect.Shane was great to work with. He opened my eyes to lots of stuff, wasnt pushy or high pressure. I bought a Bodycraft spinning bike from Exercise Warehouse. I enjoy riding outdoors on the roads but in the winter, I have to move that activity indoors. The fit and finish on the Bodycraft spinner is awesome for an entry level machine. That said, there is nothing that is entry level about this bike except the price. It performs better than the completions best mid level products. I shopped around for different makes and models and this bike has the most bang for the buck. The guys at Exercise Warehouse really know their stuff and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Exercise Warehouse!

I went to the Exercise Warehouse looking for a stationary bike I could use in my room. From the moment I entered, the owner was ready to help however he could. He was a real straight shooter who took my specific needs into account without injecting his own biases, and proposed different ways to accomplish what I wanted. When I found what I was looking for in the form of a small device that I could stick under my desk, he neither pounced at the sale nor tried to steer me back toward the bigger ticket items. Instead, he warned me about the shortcomings of the device without trying to pull my focus from it. He then pulled out chairs from his back room to see if the device would actually meet my needs.If I get a larger stationary bike, it will be from Matt. You buy a person as much as a product, and when you get both, its even better.

Matt is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to accommodate his customers.
