Terrible Experience!I ordered online (in store pickup) at 10 am and hoped to pick up my order later the same day. I called the store the next morning and they said my order wasnt there. An hour later (the next day) I finally got a your order is ready email.I got to the store and they had packed a plain gold chain instead of rose gold. After pointing out the error they searched the store for 20 minutes while I waited (so much for order online and pickup). After 20 minutes they said they couldnt find it in rose gold even though their system said there were 4 of them in stock.Customer service was terrible. The store was a mess. At the end they offered a 10% discount on a chain that was 2x more expensive. Really?

Cute little store. Cynthia was very nice and helpful in picking out new earrings. They also cleaned my 4 year old pandora earrings and they came out very clean. Was a pleasant experience

The main employee today was extremely rude. The sign clearly states 6 people (including associates) were allowed in the store at one time. There were only 5 people in the store and she made me leave. You’d think the ability to count would be a prerequisite to the retail industry. Kindness wouldn’t hurt either.

I came in 10 minutes before close to have a quick glance at their wares and the employee (who i believe to be a manager because of what she said to another employee) was incredibly kind to me and urged me to stay as long as I pleased. Thanks for your service!

I gave two stars because I’ve never had a problem here until today and I still like most of the people who work here. However I bought a ring yesterday and changed my mind on the color and came in to exchange it today just like I’ve done with past purchases I’ve changed my mind about. When I went in I asked about it and she grabbed it looked at it for a few seconds and said she can’t take it back because there’s a scratch. I had multiple other people look and there’s no scratch. Also I’ve had rings for a couple months that look brand new. How would I scratch it within a day of having it. I’ve very disappointed with how the lady acted about my ring when any other times I’ve wanted to exchange something I’ve had longer than one day I had no problem.

Very helpful staff. The place may get crowded so they check you in on tablets and then serve you in the order of check in. Helped fix a charm to a bracelet for my wife. Fast service

I have visited this store many times and purchased many gifts for the ladies in our family. The staff was very efficient and patient. There are So many choices so it helps to look online or spend some quality browsing time first. They also keep track of your purchases and what you buy for whom. That helps me so much. I hope Pandora plans to stay at Briarwood!

Ive been here a few times to buy gifts for my wife. Staff was always really friendly and was able to help me pick something out. Its pretty pricey, but all of their Charms and other products are really high quality it seems like.

Usually pandora store, they were very busy being the weekend before Christmas but they were pretty organized in trying to get you through and helped. They are usually able to get any charm I want and everytime I have gone the customer service has always been nice.

I went in to buy a new charm, and the lady was very nice and helpful, and cleaned my old bracelet and charms without me asking.

Will never ever in my life visit this location again. I am a long time customer and was appalled to hear someone berating another employee and also swear at a customer calling them numerous vulgar names...After further inquiry I found out that this individual was the MANAGER! Her name is Leah, and it is because of her, that I took my very large purchase (over 1k) to the twelve oaks location.

Beautiful place freindly staff

Cleaners are broken and unable to get my bracelet cleaned.

Jewelry is made with Nickle even though they claimed it was not, scarring allergic reaction.
