I have been going to Hear USA for many years. Every audiologists working at the Ann Arbor facility is very personable, kind, and has excellent customer service communication skills. I was there yesterday, and Daniel helped me understand how Tinnitus happens, inner ear depiction of sound travel through the cochlear bone, and lastly, the importance of wearing my hearing aids while awake (all the time) for imprinted brain enunciation. Daniel is an excellent spokesperson for your company. Oh yes, mustnt forget Sarah, the front office greeter/secretary/scheduler, very nice and kind.
I needed my hearing aid cleaned, so I was given a quick appointment squeezed in between other patients> The audiologist also offered to stay after closing to help me. The people there were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
My appointment went very well My hearing aid was cleaned and tuned up and I received some good advice on how to use it better.
The new audiologist was very professional and cordial. He answered all the questions asked with clear definition. The receptionist is very competent and a real asset to Hear USA.
My helper Chris brought one of my hearing aids to be checked and received valuable information for me.
Dan the audiologist and everyone there are knowledgable and easy to deal with. Great!
Professional, thorough and passionate about their work!
Thorough and informative
The Hear USA near me has now changed hands & names. The Ann Arbor one was, however, very helpful in supplying me w batteries for my hearing aids. I wish the Livonia one was still a Hear USA! Loved their staff!
I got impressions for custom IEMs here. The IEMs arrived recently and fit perfectly. Thanks!
