My experience with Corrigan Moving was not a pleasant one. I hired them for a local move here in Ann Arbor. It was apparent when they arrived that one of the three crew members was a special needs person. I kept an open mind but observed closely to insure there were no issues. Well shortly afterwards he dropped his end of the sofa while assisting another crew member. I then called the lead mover aside and explained my concern.He assured me that he’ll keep an eye on him and that he make sure he didn’t handle very heavy items. Well, the situation only deteriorated and I again had to complain. It was only then that the lead mover called in and requested an additional mover to be sent out to assist. Even then, for the duration of the move I had to intervene and stop potentially damaging situations.Clearly Corrigan knew this guy was incapable of handling these responsibilities. They risked my valuables, damage to my home and made my move much more stressful than it needed to be.

Corrigan co-ordinated and picked up my belongings for an out of state apartment move. Every step handled directly by Corrigan went very smoothly - virtual estimation, pre-move paperwork, inventory and packing. Everyone involved was courteous and efficient. My belongings made it undamaged.

Were do I even start? It has been one month since our move from MI to FL and we are still waiting for our living room furniture to arrive. It has been all lies from the start. Initially were given a 1-2 week delivery estimate, two days before our delivery they call to tell us we aren’t getting all out belongings because of overflow and stuff coming later. Turns out you have to pay the 5,500$ dollars for full delivery ( don’t pay dont get your stuff) but nobody knows when the rest is coming. We scheduled the move one month ahead, and pick up went fine but afterwards they have been dishonest. After asking we came to find out our stuff was still in Michigan and it never even left the warehouse. Obviously they new and lied all the way. It has been 2 weeks and they still don’t know when the rest of our stuff will be delivered. I have used 3 other companies for big moves like this and this has been the worst. Would give Zero stars if I could.Update 7/27/21. Our furniture arrived yesterday from Michigan to our home in Port St. Lucie. After speaking with the delivery person we came to find out or stuff was lost. This now made sense since the delivery happened all of a sudden without our coordinator Catrina having knowledge. Obviously Corrigan will not tell us this. Again all lies from the start. Horrible experience.

I recently used Corrigan to move my family and had a very positive experience. I found the movers to be professional and they took the time to ensure that my items and home were protected. They also did a great job prepping to protect my floors and walls prior to the move. The customer service I received was what I felt truly set Corrigan apart from the discount movers that are out there. Corrigan went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience with my move.

Helped me with getting more boxes and trading in ones I didn’t need. Brandon and Tina were very informative and set my mind at ease about the move.

Out of the 4 times I have used movers. This was by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Should have known from the start as the moving crew did not show up at the requested time and seemed very unhappy when told they would need to wears masks around my toddler,infant and their 80 year old grandmother who was there to babysit. I guess COVID or the mask mandate means nothing to them. The person who seemed to be in charge smugly replied they would try, but wont risk his crew passing out because of masks...it was 60 degrees at the time. I then asked him to cover the flooring which was a specific request of mine before scheduling, since my flooring was new and i have white carpets on top of the fact there was a slight drizzle the day of the move. His annoyed response was i only have so much material so only parts of my floor were covered and a tiny amount of carpeting was covered. Besides the damage to walls and wooden floors, which is annoying, but can happen, there were numerous other items broken and scratched up in the move. I did get the insurance for an extra $160...i will update in the future to let you know how that goes. They just didnt seem to care as I overheard the crew talking during one of their lengthy paid breaks(since i was charged for that time), one person actually said what do you care? Its your last day anywaysSo if care about mannerisms, proffesionalism, and care of your home and personal property, i would stay clear of corriganI will update with photos after my insurance claim. The office seems competent so I am hoping the insurance will fix the damages.

We used Corrigan Moving System to move for international move from Ann Arbor. I was very worried about this move and how things would work, customs and clearance. But Kristina made this whole process so bearable for us, she was always available to answer all our calls . The move went super smooth and we got all our belongings in a perfect state. The people who came to pack our stuff came on time and were very professional and thorough. All the paper work for customs were done on time and we received our shipment on the day we needed. The moving company on the receiving end was very good too.

I recently moving from MI to WA and in the long distance move, the Corrigan and the delivery crew in WA are both highly professional and courteous. In my move, not a single item was damaged in the sightliest way and they were able to accommodate all my time restraint for pickup and delivery. Even though their price is indeed higher than market, I highly recommend anyone moving to use their service to save all the troubles.

We had great service from the beginning to the end of our move! Everything from the beginning quote to the final bill was as they had promised. There were a couple of items damaged in the move and Brad was with this claim until we were satisfied! I have used Corrigan in the past and have highly recommended them to my family and friends. Both of my sisters used Corrigan and were also highly satisfied! If you are looking for a great moving company look no further! Corrigan is the best!!!

The Corrigan Moving Systems crew that moved us from Cincinnati to Ann Arbor were superb.Not one item was broken! Everything was meticulously packed by professional, experienced personnel. They were timely, efficient and effective, ensuring our move was as worry and trouble free as possible. Floors were protected, furniture was treated as their familys heirlooms. This crew is the best in the business.

I did a ton of research trying to find a company to move my family from Ann Arbor to Atlanta and I finally choose Corrigan and could not have been happier. Ashley and Tina were very helpful in answering all of my questions prior to my move and Tina was in constant contact with me throughout the move, which was very helpful. My driver, Bob, was very organized and paid great attention to detail making sure everything in the house I was moving out of was protected as well as all of my belongings. Truly a great company that cares about doing their job well. I would recommend Corrigan to anyone else who needed a great moving company!!!

Our first contact with Corrigan Moving was with Mark Miller, sales rep. Mark was informative and provided information on moving that we were not aware of. Mark was the initial reason we chose Corrigan. In September of 2016 our household was picked up and put into long term storage. The crew at that end (Ann Arbor) was friendly and professional. While our new home was being built Tina Galoway kept in touch. When we had a target move in date our selected time was accommodated. The truck arrived on time in Wisconsin and, as in the beginning, the crew was professional and friendly. Not one mark on any wall or door frame. Just an outstanding job. We are completely unpacked. In the initial move, six months in storage and our furnishings being trucked to Wisconsin damage was limited to the loss of one bottle of red wine vinegar and one piece of pottery (that I packed). Great service by very nice people.

The service was very satisfactory. The estimates were accurate and cost of the move reasonable. The movers were very careful and thorough when packing, loading and unloading our belongings. They completed the delivery in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Moving is no fun and twice in 3 months is even less fun. I used Corrigan both times and they were great! I had peace of mind knowing they would expeditiously move my household goods and handle them with care and respect. I hope I never have to move again but if I did, I would most definitely use them again.

Drivers and crew were very professional and careful with our belongings and both our new and old home. The estimator was within 300 pounds of the actual weight. The move coordinator carefully explained the process and kept us informed throughout the move. Would definitely recommend Corrigan.

My family and I were truly blessed by having this company move us into our first home.( They offer their wonderful services to some Habitat for Humanity families). We were the lucky recipients of August 2016. My husband was working the day of the move so I was home with our 4 children. I thought it would be a disaster and that the movers would be upset that the children were in the way. Not the case at all. They allowed the children help load little things and included them in the move by asking them which room was theirs and where they would like their items to be set up. They were very professional ( strategically wrapping our items to arranging and rearranging my furniture to my liking). Of course they did everything in record time so when my hubby arrived the house was set up (beds, tables e.tc...) I would 100% recommend them

We chose Corrigan over two other movers. We were very satisfied. The estimate was fair, the loading and unloading crew did an excellent job protecting both houses and our belongings. They worked very hard, and were eager to make our move a satisfying one.

I have never written a negative review before, but after what I have been through, I want to make sure no one else has to go through this. I used Corrigan to move from Ann Arbor to Orlando, and it has been nothing but a nightmare! I paid for full value protection and the packers did not even wrap or pad any of my furniture. The worse part was at the destination. I had furniture in brand-new condition and pretty much every single piece arrived badly scratched, chipped, or broken. The driver and the unloader were very rude and did not apologize for any damage or even acknowledge it. I am still waiting for the insurance claims to go through but Corrigan seems to think they can just send over a furniture repair person and make everything better. In order for the furniture to be in its original condition, most of the furniture just needs to be replaced. I have been in a hotel for a month now since all of my furniture is damaged. Corrigan has messed up my life, caused great distress, and cost me a lot of money. I do not recommend them!

If I could give Corrigan of Ann Arbor a negative review I would. I paid them a hefty fee to box items and I paid for insurance in case something went wrong. They DID NOT BOX a new 55 TV and they CRACKED THE SCREEN. They sent out adjusters twice and each one said I would be paid for the tv. But Corrigan never paid. They then sent me through several insurance companies who also never paid. It has been a time consuming run around with NO HELP FROM CORRIGAN. Dont use. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT HONOR THE CONTRACT. The insurance was a SCAM.

Friendly, courteous and efficient crew. From the time of the initial estimate, to the scheduling and rescheduling, to the loading and unloading of all of our boxes and furniture, the entire team was terrific. Would definitely recommend!
