Not the widest selection, but a very decent one considering the size of the shop. Love the products, very glad they have a branch here.Always friendly and helpful service. Card payments only atm I believe.

I’m an x-Vancouverite and know Lululemon since the beginning … and have a +20 year collection to prove my loyalty 😅. The price is high but you get what you pay for: it is the best quality 🤩& lasts forever. I’ve been to the Zurich shop 2x and they were super friendly. 👌 selection is obviously more selective here but happy to have little bit of 🇨🇦 in Switzerland ☺️

The staff here need some customer service training. I have lived in the US and so am very familiar with the brand but each time I go to this shop I leave after being treated rudely. It is also not a Swiss thing as the main culprit is not local.

A bit expensive store for yoga and running but they also offer free classes. Their quality is high so it is worth the money if you can afford it.

Maybe today was an off day, but for the price we pay for the clothing, the staff and service should be better. Virtually no assistance at the changing rooms and the attendants were more interested in chatting to one another than servicing clients...if you could catch a rare glimpse of them, that is. I wandered the floor, stood in the center with clothing in my hand, half clad and barefoot...But, no, no help. I doubt anyone would have noticed if my eyeballs exploded. Maybe they were weaving bras with their teeth in the backrooms or debating the merits of lycra with the United Nations....we will never know. Shameful service, and everyone working today should be counseled.

Best sport clothes ever. Even for pregnant woman they have the best comfortable clothes !

Its so far one of the best service you can get when its come to quite pricey sports wear. And of course people there are so friendly and this is the true spirit of service.

I spent 8 minutes in the shop, payed 344.-, have got fantastic service (high speed) and really hope not to gane the weighit for the next 20 years. Happy 46 years old Yogi:-) Last clothes for my yoga classes Ive bought in 1997:-) so it okay to invest such an amount of money in such a cool leggings and bra:-) Love the fabric, form and the colours! Looking forward to trying it!

Didnt got a return ticket and I had to ask more then 5 times online! Never will buy something again from them online. So the services online was really bad but a store stuff helped me with it and I got it 1 day later. So thank you :-) From one star to 5.

Beautiful store - but everytime I visited it wasnt possible to pay by V-Pay card. 1st time - ok - could happen - but if its not possible generally clients rather should be informed about that in advance and not even when being ready at the cash. Thats not a good shopping Xperience.

The clothing is really great but the friendly salespersons seemed confused. I was approached by 4 of them :-) and they didnt speak German very well (basic vocabulary like kurz/ cropped or Muster/ pattern). No contactless payment.

In all honesty, you have to work on customer service, I wanted to exchange something, 2 employees talked, a third saw me and left me, only when I explicitly asked whether they would be served, I was helped, Im used to it in this price range that you are greeted warmly and kindly and immediately asked about the matter

Great collection in nice colors. Fashionable yet comfortable and functional - very good quality, the parts still look like new even after frequent washing. Unfortunately a bit expensive.

Sometimes the salespeople speak English here, because they can not speak German, but otherwise top shop with the well-known Lululemon quality.

Amazing what physical exercises were made with a loincloth. A great range of high-class yoga clothes and accessories. Friendly and sympathetic staff, rather expensive but worth it anyway
