A little on the dearer side but there is nothing you will not like. The sea food here is available in a great variety. The freshness of vegetables and fruits is worth what you pay. Never over crowded and always good service.

Hmart is one place you can be sure of getting fresh vegetables everytime. The store is committed to keeping fresh produce. In addition you get korean cuisine which is to be expected. They also have a membership where in you get $10 on 1000 points and other discounts. It may be a tad bit expensive from others but their commitment to fresh produce makes it worth while. Shop worry free.

Where the local Asians go (hint:that means there is good Asian food inside). It’s a fantastic place to learn about new and different foods. The energy is bright, alive and happy (like the buzz inside a Trader Joe’s)

H-Mart is the BEST place to get any kind of Asian dish, they have basically everything in there, you have a massive variety of things you can get, along with great customer service.

One of my favorite go to grocery stores to find my favorite noodles Indomie Mi Goreng flavor! I literally have gone to multiple international grocery stores and cannot find these anywhere. They are super popular, but this place always has them in stock. The staff are super friendly and one worker actually help load my groceries in the car. Thank you

Pretty small parking area. Once inside feels like the place is small but they have many things. When you check out and there is a long line it goes in to the aisle and it gets confusing on which register you should go to some times.

Although small, this H Mart has a nice produce selection, along with many of the favorite foods and condiments normally found at an H Mart. The staff is friendly and its conveniently located in Heritage Plaza just off the beltway in Annandale.

Huge vegetable collection, and good service. It is a little bit smaller compared to other Hmarts in Fairfax and burk.

I always go there for Korean ingredients; great selections of vegetables, fruits, sliced meats and lots of frozen packages of seafood. Frozen prepared Asian foods were plenty. Theres a fresh fish counter and a Korean Sides section. Sake selection was numerous.The white star goes to the one restroom in the whole establishment that is not comfortably clean. 😬

If you around that area and need some general groceries go there. Place is small and parking is terrible on the weekends. If you got time go to Fresh World in Springfield or Lotte off of braddock rd.

Most amazing store Ive ever seen. So many unique meat and seafood products available! Well worth the stop!!! On our way home and came across this place. Lucky for us I always have cooler bags in the car, so every thing stays frozen or cold till we got home. I only wish they had one near me.

The building itself is way too small for Hmart. They shouldve built Barnes & Noble here instead. Theres absolutely no room to maintain 6 feet nor move around the store with precaution.

Wonderful array of Korean foods as well as American and Mexican food. The fresh fruit and vegetables were plentiful as well as fresh seafood.

Smaller than the Fairfax location, in a number of ways... Smaller aisles, smaller selection of items. Still, its closer than the Fairfax location, so its good for some things

The location has a small checkout area so it always feels busy because you have to wait. The parking lot is literally filled with people who dont know how to drive.

They claim to close at 9 but wont let you in at 8:45

Although this is my one stop shop, I am not happy that they are not doing enough to protect customers. No temp checks when entering. Many customers are not covering their noses which bothered me a lot.

Best place for produce.

Small and crowded but have everything, my favorite is kimchi rice bento box from hot food section.

Love the variety and fresh meats and seafood. Generally clean and well-organized.However, they are not as vigilant about customers wearing masks. On one evening visit, I was solicited for money by a young man in the ramen aisle. Afterwards I observed this guy walking wildly around the cashier area with his masks dangling around his neck. None of the staff intervened or paid any attention even though there were relatively little customers then.

Good place to shop asian groceries. But, doesn’t have good selection. Specially in the produce area. The employees didn’t know what I was looking for. Maybe because the language barrier.

I like the variwties of Asian products here, its a waste they do not carry the non-refrigerated boxed mochi thpugh. Also, i just learned they hv a points accumulating HMart card which also gives discounts on certain advertised items, so i m fan now!

It was an older one but very busy but clean. The staff seemed to be very nice. Make sure you look up what you need or want because not very many people can speak any English at all. Prices are high on most produce maybe because some of it is shipped in from the other side of the World.Also, make sure you find someone to understand you and ask for the loyalty card where you get special deals.

Did not allow a return. Did not ask what item I wanted to return and why. Just simply said: “No return”.

Really nice in the shopping area around it is filled with different Korean stores but it is a bit on the pricey side!

They sold very poor quality chestnuts so I couldnt eat them so I asked for a refund, but I dont give a refund.I bought 4 and asked for a refund of 3, but they said it shouldnt be after 24 hours, so I gave it to the customer center.I have been dealing with trust, but I was very disappointed.

I go to H Mart frequently and is a place quere you can find anything you need, and people is courteous, and the establishment is clean.

Fantastic selection

H Mart has a reliable homogeneity in their products. Moving from Dallas I saw many of the same items I was hoping to find here. The place is comparably diminished compared to the H Mart in Carrolton, TX. While this H Mart is modest in size and assortment, Carrolton was far more diverse in products and offer a larger store near that of a big box store. I feel like I have still lost things because of the stark disparity in both size and diversity of stock. Prices are much higher than is Texas to a near $1 to $5 difference depending on items. This H Mart also feels rather isolated due to its distance from both 236 and other commercial zones. Ill would say this is an average H Mart. Better than the shanty up north but no where near the ones in Texas which is attributed to the larger Korean population is DFW than in North VA.

Excellent Asian market, best Ive found in Virginia. Huge assortment of Korean items and fresh food. Its busy so the food moved quickly. Go here for Asian food

Big selection of Korean foods. Many traditional prepared foods. Prices reasonable. The staff was mostly friendly, but for me there was a bit of a communications barrier. If Im in the area again I would shop at this place again.

Great pastries and awesome selection of foods

I bought 3 same items and they scanned it four times and charged me extra. I complained it at customer service and got return for extra charge. You need to check it carefully yourself. There is no total number of items at the bottom of receipt, so you have to count it yourself to match the real number of items. By the way, they dont say Sorry when I complained.

Great place for Korean food and produce

We were expecting more of a mix of foods covering Chinese, Japanese and Korean culture but it is primarily just Korean. Aisles are a little small but all in all its a good stop. The bakery section is nice. Highly recommend the custard donuts-the dough is perfect. The pastry is also good.

Im used to the big shiny H-Marts on the west coast, though Ive been to quite a few of the cramped older ones in this area. This one was by far the worst I have been to so far. Really small with incredibly narrow and labyrinthine aisles, lots of old-looking produce, and they were out of some basics I needed like firm tofu and kimchi in a container smaller than a gallon. It really stressed me out to go here with the virus raging because it was impossible to keep any sort of distance from other shoppers, and employees actually brushed past me multiple times in a way that would have bothered me even without the virus scare. At least the cashiers were wearing face masks.

Overall great market for Korean products. I wish they would stop getting rid of their best items. It seems whenever they have something really good it is only in stock once and then gone, especially Korean snacks. They also keep getting the wrong 코코팜! 코코팜 요구르트 주세요! This is the best one and sells very well!

This store has quite a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Their meats are also fresh and everything is reasonably priced. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

A great selection of Asian and Latin foods. Seafood and meats have a good selection, but its really the selection of produce and specialty items that bring us here. This is a main staple for our family.

Hmart here is small and crowded and a little bit hard to turn the cart left and right, but so many good products, Korean and other Asian goodies.

This H-Mart is the smallest one in the area so they dont have as big a selection. Youre better off making the trip to one of the larger ones, such as Fairfax or Herndon.

Plenty of items but you need to know your way around to find items. Not a lot of English is spoken. I brought pictures of items I needed and that was beneficial. If you are looking for international products, this is the place to find most of them.

Authentic Korean supermarket in which you can find something way exceeding your expectations. I highly recommend you spend some time in front of the meat section of this market. They have the same style cut port belly that you see in the Korean BBQ restaurant and the marinated beef is just awesome. They also have sliced waygu beef for shabushabu and grill with very nice price. Live seafood such as crabs and lobsters are available and the snacks and beverages are awesome for you to explore.not to mention the kimchi and real Korean marinated snacks. Highly recommended.

This Hmart has most things compared to other Hmarts but is not the best Hmart in the region. The store itself is very small, so I find it uncomfortable when having to squeeze by other customers in the narrow lanes. Produce sections and meat sections are solid.

I bought a coffee bun at the checkout counter on Sept. 18th. Ate it in the car then got really sick that evening with diarrhea and vomiting. It turned into a really bad case of food poisoning and I am now on antibiotics! So stay away from the coffee buns at their checkout counter!!!

Good foods and quality but horrible customer service.Ladies at the customer desk are surely not interested to help the customers. I dont know why but they always seems unpleased. Lines are always long and most of the time only the two registers are being served. I only had one item to check out and asked one of ladies from the customer desk to check me out, but they didnt care and told me I should wait until new register to open. Nonetheless, that didnt happen, so I just walked away.

Better prices than Giant or other similar grocery stores. Better and fresher produce. No so many items as Giant or similar. Sadly some employees seem to be bothered when approached to ask questions.

We found a lot of great deals on groceries and are much cheaper compared to other grocery stores. You can find every veggie and fruit that you can imagine here. It takes me back to some of my favs from my island roots and also from loving foreign foods, things that you dont find in other grocery stores. The samples are wonderful and I purchased some great soup broths to try.

Clean and lots of varieties. Also ample parking outside. Cheap korean snacks food in the evening, probably things didnt sell but afternoon. Good value!

This locations is not so good. Its a bit smaller, less variety and the quality/freshness of fruit and vegetables is less. Go to the one in Falls Church its much better quality.
