We love Godiva so much but as we buy and time goes by its getting worse. We love godiva still though. Cashier is nice and cheerful. And if u sign up for loyalty reward you will get 1 single truffle, but u need to spend atleast 10$ a month

I’ve been coming to Godiva for years now because I am a chocoholic. But never have I ever had such an amazing experience with customer service like I did with Shannon! She went above and beyond for me and my husband. She made my visit to Godiva a million times better than for the past 8 years!!I spend a lot of money here as it is, and I will be spending much more each time she’s there!!! Love her!!! Thanks Shannon! You are the best!!

I understand that the old Godiva store closed and this is the new and upgraded Godiva cafe. I liked the service. The employees were very helpful in assisting me in my purchase as always. I just think that the cafe is a bit too small but I can understand an upgrade in downsizing. I’ll definitely continue to stop by on special occasions and sweet moments! Lol

My experience over the weekend at Godiva, was terrible due to the fact that the manager, Joel was extremely rude in lack of customer service. He was very argumentative with his words and I could not understand his language. My son and I were not pleased by this behavior. This was not the first time I have encountered a problem with Joels customer service, He also made a drink of mine incorrectly and when asked to remake the drink he did it with a attitude and it was still incorrect. At that point I just walked away. I am not pleased with the service at Godiva in Annapolis Mall. I will not be returning to Godiva anytime soon.

This place is awesome. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and met by the employee. He asked if I needed help and then patiently waited while i called my wife because i forgot what she sent me there for . The store was spotless as well . I will definitely be returning to this location

On Sunday December 1, 2019 my daughter and I stopped by for ice cream after many hours of shopping. Tall African-American female waited on us, her customer service skills were SUB-PAR!! She barely spoke did not ask for my rewards number or offer me the free treat I was entitled to. After I informed her I was a rewards member she ignored meMy ticket number is 3264 Store number 534 Register :2. I would someone to manually enter my points since NASTY ATTITUDE did not. I recommend additional training and coaching for this employee if you want to make record sells for upcoming holidays

Chocolate Haven!!The taste is indescribable and sooooo delicious. Cons are that theyre Pricey & You dont get alot for your money! But worth it!
