They may have great service but you have to find the ruby red slippers first or you cant get to Kansas. No one answers the phone and everything tells you to email. Im sorry. When I only have an occasional day off work and need parts, I dont feel like playing cat and mouse tag to finally talk to someone.

Before this year I had used Annapolis Lawn & Garden many times with good results. I brought my Southland walk-behind edger into them on July 2, 2021 because it would not start. I found a totally new crew behind the counter and was told that the old group had all been let go. I left my edger with them and was told that I would hear from them in two weeks. Having heard nothing from them, I called after four weeks. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me in three days. Again having heard nothing from them, I called back after five days. I was then referred to their Calvert County main office where the edger had been sent for repair. After a couple of attempts with no answer, I finally reached someone in Calvert County on a Friday who told me that the guy doing the repairs was out but that they would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. On Thursday I called back and learned that my edger was back in Annapolis and ready for pick-up, nearly seven weeks after I had brought it in. I picked it up and learned that the bill was $127, far more than I expected. The only good news is that the edger now seems to be working fine.

Great service but you have to look to find this place. Parking could be better but staff is knowledgeable and service was quick.

Great local resource for lawn and garden equipment. Page was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I needed. Almost every customer that walked in was greeted by their first name. It gets pretty busy in there, so in person visits are always better than phone calls.

The team here is awesome. They have all the answers. They can source anything for you.

These guys have been super helpful when Im trying to replace parts or fix my 15y/o gravely mower. Ill definitely keep coming back.
