I have been to this dealership to get my air conditioner compressor checked out and they did not replace my cover over my engine. When I went back to the dealership to ask Terry Mason do they have my engine cover and cap to go over the fluid he stated that his guys do not make mistakes. Terry Mason then asked for my keys and took my car to the back bay and his mechanic (Michael Woolley) started looking at the engine instead of looking for the cover. I stood and watched them for 3 whole minutes before I walked to the outside of the bay and asked them if they found the cover which the of the 2 quickly replied no ma’am we don’t have it!. They both implied that who did the work to repair the compressor left it off which is highly unlikely especially since I never told them I had it repaired. I told them to back my car out of the bay and give me my keys, because if not I knew in my gut they would try to sabotage my car further! I will never patronize this establishment again. I would advise that you take a before and after pictures of you engine because they will lie to your face about what problems that are created by them. I do believe they were just angry because they misquoted the price and I declined the service.

Went there with my Daughter and her car. It was the Battery, so $400 later they had it ready to go. Only took about an hour! So thats quick!!

Had been pretty pleased with sercice Till today. Problem with rear hub scrubbing for 25000. Old not deaf. Technician certainly needs to be at NASA or Pentagon!! Saw him leave out of parking lot onto 431 south to find a squeak in right rear hub! Superman or Flash!!?? Dont really know. Then when he pulled back up and I NICELY tried to explain how to duplicate noise he wanted to talk down to me. I probably have forgotten more than he will ever know. Im through. Except for trying to figure out why we,as customers,should be charged for customer service if trying to trade vehecles!!??

I feel like a fool. I took my car to get an oil change. They charged me 70.00 for an oil change. I looked over my bill to see maybe they had did some more stuff to my car. No just an oil change... My heart is broken.

Have taken a warranties vehicle in 3 times for the same issue. Still not repaired.
