I just moved here from Oregon 3 weeks ago. I had to have my starter replaced before I left and it started making noise again. Come to find out it wasnt the starter but something related. So it wouldnt be covered under warranty. They took care of me 100%! I was moved by their courtesy and proffesionalism! I will not take my vehicle anywhere but there from now on! Thank yall so much!!!
I thought I had bought a used 2017 Honda CRV that I absolutely loved, but was lied to and had to return almost 2 weeks later with no detailed explanation. My salesman Justin was awesome and I would highly recommend him. I do not have any negative thing to say about Justin because he did everything he could do to help me and my husband. However, the overall environment of the dealership besides Justin was very unfriendly. I understand my credit needs help, but no matter what someone’s credit situation is a person needs to be treated with respect. A person should never be judged on their credit because you don’t know what circumstances that person went through in order to have bad credit. The finance manager Jesse is rude and loves to remind you that your credit is bad and that he is basically doing you a favor. Whatever happened to customer service?Maybe Sunny King Honda is only interested in working with people with perfect credit. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend the Honda CR-V, but I would definitely go somewhere else to buy one. They gave me back the $1500 that I put down on the vehicle and when I went Noble Bank and Trust to cash the refund check the lady at the bank had to call Sunny king Honda to verify the funds. I was at the bank waiting for the teller to get off the phone with the dealership for about 15 minutes and when the bank teller gave me my money she informed me that the dealership told her my whole story. This was very unprofessional of them to tell a third party my personal business and this embarrassed me. I would not even recommend this dealership to Satan. If I could describe Sunny King Honda in one word it would be HORRIBLE!!!!! Too bad I couldn’t leave a negative star review.Update: Another reason this is a bad dealership is that no one from the dealership has reached out to me in regards to this review or my experience. It’s funny how they only respond to the five star reviews.

PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO BUY FROM HERE, like I beg. I worked with Justin, and he was so honest with me, you have no idea. I first went to the dealership in downtown Birmingham, Freeway Honda, and they tried to rip me off telling me I HAD to pay for all these services if I wanted a brand new car. I came to Justin and he told me straight up, yes you can remove this and that. I cannot stress it enough, please please buy from these people. We also interacted with another worker named Tyler, he was great as well. I love my car so much. If youre going to come here, ask for Justin. He was honest, super super fast, did not waste any time. 100/10. I went home very happy and relieved.

Everytime I use Honda service dept, Evelyn always takes the best care of my problem and myself fast, professionally, with great courtesy. No reason to go anywhere else. Sunday my car was towed to this dealership with a dead battery. Monday it was dead, they charged it then sent me driving 6 hours home. Car kept doing odd things and warnings; but I did get home. Tuesday car was dead and my local dealership said battery needed replacing. They were shocked this dealership sent me on the road trip with an iffy battery which was under warranty. Very disappointed in the care I received on my accord hybrid.Pray they are more careful wIt’s the next person. Yes I did call and talked politely with the service manager.
I do recommend Chad Lewis salesperson. Very good. Honest, arrange everything fast. Do not waste your time. Business yes-yes, no-no. Do not push you. Price greate. I did visit several dealers before. Same car price different 7-10%. I did get Honda Pilot and so happy with them.
Great dealership thats interested in taking care of its customers, and they dont overcharge for services as Ive found other (one in particular) dealerships do. I live 45 min away from this location, and prefer to take the drive to have my car serviced than the Honda dealership thats located a 15 minute drive from my residence. Sunny King DOES make and treat you like a king(or queen)! They are awesome, no b. s. here!

I bought a pre-owner Toyota Camry. I worked with Chad Lewis and he was a wonderful salesman that went above and beyond to ensure I was happy when I left. We talked and text during the day to discuss details of the sale and when I got off work I drove up to the dealership for a test drive and bought the vehicle. It was a smooth and easy process.
We went in to see about a car. The service is great, The selection great. We try not to finance cars, which means we arent the easiest to get financed. This was not an issue for the team here. They got us financed and out the door. I cant say enough good about our experience.

I had a 7:30AM appointment for maintenance service. The doors opened exactly on time, Evelyn checked me in quickly, and I enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. The mechanics performed the requested work, plus recommended new wiper blades which I needed but had forgotten to ask for. They also reviewed recalls and replaced the shifter knob free of charge, so I did not have to deal with it breaking unexpectedly.Everyone was very professional and friendly--great service all around. I bought the CRV in Atlanta but moved here last year. Im very happy to have Sunny King Honda to do all work on my car.

Always get polite and efficient service. I have always trusted them with my car needs. I am only giving them 4 stars this time because I am going to have to return to check the problem I brought in it for. I feel that a little extra care should have been taken to check instead of assuming it was a easy reset fix. I live at least 40 mins away and it is an inconvenience to have to return so soon.

No reservations. Called ahead and was told they were very busy that day. I have a one hour drive to the dealership and had to be in town anyway for a Doctors appointment so I stopped by to see if they could work me in. Talked to one of the finance managers about a deal he was working for my brother. They were attempting to sell him a used Toyota Corolla with 70k miles for $12k and a 25% interest rate. I asked the gentleman if he honestly thought that was a good deal and he says “Well he rode up here in a taxi.” I am completely at a loss for words at the lack of respect given to a potential customer. At the end of the day it’s no ones place to pass judgement on what anyone’s means of transportation are!! And furthermore this is your place of business, you should be thankful to have customers walking in the door no matter how they get there PERIOD!! How dare you try to close such a horrible deal and then pass judgment on the way he was able to get to the dealership. It is your job to be honest and fair and treat everyone equally no matter what!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. One star is way too much credit. You’re supposed to be in the people business and that’s not how you treat people. If you wanted to build trust and customer loyalty, you offer multiple options and you’re transparent. What you don’t do is belittle their current means of transportation and get over on them by trying to stick them in a car you would never sell to your loved ones. I would not suggest buying a car from this place. Terrible customer service, extreme lack of empathy and people skills!!
Sunny King Honda has the greatest service dept. Everyone has always been very courteous and helpful. I would rather travel an extra 20 miles to bring my car to them for service than take it to a closer dealer.

Had my passenger airbag replaced for the recall in 2009 Civic. Took 1hr45mins with appointment. Everyone was friendly. Guest WiFi, coffee, & soft drinks were available.
Stopped by this Honda Service Department while in town for my once a year 1-2 day visit in the local area to get my brakes replaced on my Acura. I wasn’t about to drive to Birmingham to pay 💰 ridiculous labor rates. Only given 3 stars because ended up spending additional $377.73 on getting my brakes resurfaced at my normal Honda Service Department after spending $377.92 at this Service Department once I get back home to Florida after a 7 day road trip. Since I am not a mechanic 🧰 or don’t know who’s telling the truth between the Honda Service Departments. My rating will stay 3 stars because nothing was noted on my initial service receipt from this Service Department not needing rotors resurfaced at this time. Plus, I don’t live in the area and not worth the back in forth on who did what or why something wasn’t done ✅.
Shelina and Mike both took EXCELLENT care of us in buying our 2012 Toyota Venza! They were so friendly and personable. I had an oil change appointment for 8:45, and I arrived at 8:30 because I had a lot of errands I needed to run that day. Needless to say I did not leave until 10:05. Over an hour and a half wait for an oil change. They must of been busy so I will give Sunny King grace this time.
A great place to get a great deal on a new or pre-owned vehicle. The sales staff are honest and up-front. They utilize consultative based sales approaches. They want to help you, not just sell you. I plan to purchase my next vehicle here! they have nice guest amenities such as free bottled water, coffee, comfy seating and a T.V. I noticed a little alcove that is set up just for kids! theres games and a little t.v. thing just for them. The service staff are super helpful and want to make sure youre getting the proper treatment. I guess thats why I decided to apply for a job here. I just started in April and Im loving it so far. The management stresses that the customer is our life blood and that the customer is the most important aspect of what we do here. Great atmosphere and Great people!

I’ve bought 4 cars here in the past and referred multiple other customers. Attempted to buy a 5th car last year but just wasn’t the same experience. Low balled me on my trade, doc fee went up to $500, and wouldn’t budge on the price of a 2017 Civic(even though the 2018’s were out). The manager all but said take it or leave. I drove another hour to Atlanta and got a 2018 for cheaper and a $1000 more for my trade.

Love this Honda dealer. Used to go to dealers towards Atlanta, but the customer service here is so solid, that its worth an extra 15 minutes on my drive. Plus, traffic going away from Atlanta is so much more pleasant! Comfortable seating area with TV, free coffee, and soft chairs. Nice restrooms. Aniston has other benefits, such as a Sams Club, Starbucks, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Mellow Mushroom, to name only a few things. So, while youre here, theres much else to do! Heck, you could even take a quick detour and hike Mt. Cheaha whilst here!

I made an appointment on line describing what I thought might be the source of the noise and vibration I was feeling when driving my Odyssey. I was called the next day to verify what I had written online. When I arrived on the day of appointment I was cheerfully greeted. The car was taken in for service and I was pointed to the customer lounge. About 30 minutes later I was contacted by the service manager and told the car was ready. Apparently the last time the tires were rotated the lug nuts were not secured tight enough and they had worked themselves loose on all four tires. The service manager then explained to me how this would create the experience I was having when driving. I was relieved and then very pleased when she informed me that the there was no cost. I will definitely being returning with the car when future service is required.
