I was scheduled for an install today I call he says he has a guy out we could have rescheduled could have done anything but the owner himself did the install on my car. He found where a previous installer messed up. I was about to buy another amp from him. he caught the problem and I didnt need to purchase that amp from him. He could have easily sold me that amp I would have never known the difference. thats honorable that alone earned my respect and loyalty to wizard car audio. if youre thinking about having a car radio or subs installed you can trust these guys they are skilled and professional technicians. So needless to say also had my windows tinted. I would give 6 stars if were possible.

Great customer service. Purchased a Viper remote start and they had it installed. Had a small issue and they were able to get it working properly for me. Part was bad from the box.Great friendly service. I usually do all of my automotive work for regular service and replacing speakers and what not. This was above my threshold of knowledge. They were professional and treated me and others there good.

Very Unprofessional. I show up at 5:44pm on a Friday and the lights are off one person setting in the stors playing a game on the computer so I call the store no one answered the the phone not even the man setting there playing on the computer so I said I would take my business elsewhere and after I hang up then I get a call back and the man said I should have called and told them I was going to be late but I didnt think that was necessary when the business is open till 6:00pm. He then tried to tell what I needed to do but if they didnt have time to be open or answer their phone o dont have time to listen them so I went to a competitor and spent a little over three 3,000 on my vehicle. Now today I am getting harassing phone calls from this.
