Its actually Riteway Auto. They dont have a direct line. You have to call the Riteway in Munford, AL and ask to be connected to the Anniston, AL office. I bought my trailer from the Anniston lot. Even though its a buy here pay here place the intrest rate is steep but if you have the down payment and can make the affordable payment plan, you can own the trailer. They also sale cars/trucks etc and at the Munford office they have a salvage yard.

Best service ever!! Arletha Britt was the most kindest polite and caring person in sales. She help us with all our questions and even stayed after closing time to make sure we was satisfied as well as Bruce Stubbs. Hard worker and anything we wanted know and see if it worked he was on it. I couldn’t ask for better service!! Me and my husband are happy to say we are very pleased and blessed by them both and also we got the camper we wanted. Thank you Arletha and Bruce!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Arletha is a dang good manager and knows the details of the cars on the lot. She is very understanding when situations come about that you cant control but she also has a job to do. Communication is very important. I do feel they appreciate their customers communicating with them. My truck has been great so far and I love it.

Place is closed now riteway auto .watch them they will try and sell you a car make sure you bring someone with you who is a machanic can check out car.dint get burnt like I did on my first car.the second car ran good.took a machnic with me to check it out.worked out great.had car for 2 years no problems.

I LOVE MY CAR! I was looking for something simple and affordable for now. The car lot is in a location that is easy to find. The transaction was easy, hassle-free and smooth and not too long, but due to it being tax season keep in mind they can be quite busy. I was there early on a Friday morning trying to make a decision and it was busy at that time, but after lunch it was clear. The car I purchased needed a starter but per a mechanic there were no other issues; keep in mind you will buy your car AS IS and you have 30 days to have any issues fixed by their mechanic and no refunds if you had the car more than 24 hours, so inspect your car CAREFULLY INSIDE OUT and TEST DRIVE. Have at least $300 set aside for your tags/title in addition to your down payment (they will work with you if you dont have it). Interest is high but loan term is short. Great place to buy a car if you need something quick!

Not sure if this is a good thing or bad, but not one person came out to assist me as I looked through the cars and camper trailers they have. If I had been dead set on buying one of their cars, I assume they make you walk inside and ask them for help or unlocking them to look inside.

I’ve purchased 2 cars from Wes. I’ve never had a single issue, he makes everything completely painless, and won’t dodge your phone calls after your purchase is complete. I’m actually about to go right back up there! I change cars quite a bit because I always want something else, and these people put up with me gracefully and are ALWAYS helpful.

Not much choice in vehicles

Stay away! The vehicles for sale here are wrecked rebuilt and unreliable. This place will take your money and sell you a junk car. If you buy here then you deserve whatever you end up with. If you want a decent cheap used car then visit a big dealership and save your pennies to buy something in better shape you can depend on.

These people sold my daughter a car that has to have 1,000.00 worth of work done to it! Do NOT buy from them. They do not get these vehicles checked and fixed properly.

Not a large selection and every thing was about the same price as a new car even though theyre used! When I told them what I was looking to spend, and that my credit wasnt the best but I had cosigners, they said they had nothing in that price range. He didnt even check his inventory sheet or bother to see what I could get approved for. Downright rude!
