It would have been nice if they helped me the way the other people that worked there helped me think about changing services

I just went to the Anniston location and tried to pay my bill after trying multiple times online and over the phone and it would not work. The lady told me her name was Erika I’m pretty sure that was a lie because she was very unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure how this works with other companies but if what she told me is correct they have a messed up policy regarding their prepaid phones. I went in after my phone had been cut off for two weeks and tried to pay my prepaid phone bill and she told me that the whole amount would only cover two weeks because my account was still active even though I couldn’t make any calls or send any messages or use The Internet and when you tried to call the phone it said it was disconnected. She was snobby and didn’t want to give me the corporate number rolled her eyes multiple times while talking to me. Terrible customer service and cell phone reception all around terrible company. I HIGHLY recommend anyone but metro pcs.After all that trouble, I simply called the automated line for metro (611) and changed my plan to the $40 plan then changed my due date so that I would be paying for the whole next month not just two weeks like the lady at the store insisted was the only way. She should not have a job there. If an automated machine is nicer and can help me more than an employee at the store, there’s a problem. Someone needs to fire her.

Need to keep a permanent store in Jacksonville.

The store itself is very clean and neat.. the attendants there are well depending on their day and how things were going for them you may get great service on the other hand they do not do a very good job with their customer service though... But if you stay on it.. it will get done

The worst customer service. They lied and said I couldnt pay my bill there and theyre system was down. told me to go to another store. So I went to Oxford and paid my bill. Come to find out. Theres this thing called a conversation rate and every 5 payments youre supposed to sell a phone. So by not taking bill pays they dont they dont message up their store metric numbers. Calling corporate. Rip off. If I buy a phone Im welcome. If I need to make a payment Im not welcome. Dont go here. Liars..... Call their account service rep.

I love Kelley she is the manager at the Anniston store. Everyone who works there hey page I will always show you that I am not packing are trying to R**..? You. LOL.. great service and they take care of anyone who needs help with there phone are anything else.. love you guys.

The girls in there didnt even try to help us. They was closing in 30 mins they need to be fired. The smart elic and didnt give a damn about the customers. Start away from that Latino girl white and dark hair and the purple haired girl. SO RUDE

Just bought a brand new phone went in to get a phone case the lady was professional and helped me I thank her so much I have dropped my phone several times and its yet to break Ive also dropped it in a river and in puddles in the case that she got me made it completely waterproof thank you so much

The manager at the anniston store located at 2030 Quintard ave.anniston is very rude, she is not people friendly.

I did not enjoy my experience there. The music was so loud it was hard to conduct my business. My nerves were rattled when I left there. :(

This is the worst phone store on the planet will stand behind their products selling refurbished phones telling customer that they are new a person would have to be completely stupid to continue to do business there

I was treated very abusively by T. Patterson when I was in the store. He screamed and argued with me. He showed no respect for me at all.

Tried calling them three times they answered one time and hung up. Not happy. Now they wont answer at all and they are open.
