AMAZING! Was getting prepared for a puppy. I was greeted by a wonderful employee, Shelly, who helped with EVERY need I had! Absolutely amazing. If you want the best for your new pup or dog, go see these incredible, super sweet people!

Went to the Anniston, Alabama store to get my propane tanks refilled for my camper and they stated “We aren’t filling propane now.” Given they have a huge tank outside and advertise they fill tanks I question why. Answer was due to no one being trained. They stated we will be soon so I ask when and she said hopefully we will send someone at the end of the month. My thoughts are, I’m out now… how is the end of the month someone getting trained helping this situation? I walked outside and saw two of the larger tanks full, same size as used in my camper so I went back in and asked about exchange price instead of filling my own. The cashier had to call the manager of the store up to the front. I asked, again, about exchange price and she stated “I don’t think we are doing anything with propane right now.” I don’t think??? From the store “manager”? Wow. Really clueless here so good luck. Also, do not expect products and services that they advertise they provide.

We ordered online and shipped to store. They are supposed to bring it out to your car. We ordered 5 plants and they brought out one and said that was our complete order. We challenged and had them open the box. Had to ask them to look. After 20 minutes one of them had the genius idea to look in the back room. At this point I’m in the store. So much for the the contactless promo. 30 minutes later they brought them out of the back and acted like this is common. No effort or inquisitiveness on their part and no apologies. I basically had to beg to get them to figure it out. March 31st 7pm if you want to look into it.

Tractor supply has and is a place that helps anyone they can, they load my dig food, help with load my chicken supplies,ladies especially they help us load our stuff and has always been happy to help me!!!!! Love tractor supply

In there a few minutes ago to buy a generator. Listed available at the store but no one could tell me where it is or how to order if out of stock. Ill go to harbor freights... Young girl at the register found it humorously that she or the other staff knew nothing at all...poor service

I have been in there 3 times and they never have the store brand starter grower . Then the brand dog food I buy they never have it on the floor always in the back . This store is not near as good as it used to be since they changed managers .. they need to take some lessons from the glencoe store .

Mr Woods at TS in Anniston is a true lifesaver-hero. I drove up from Perry, GA to purchase a small homemade cargo trailer in Jacksonville, AL. The homemade electrical for the trailer lights wouldn’t fit my suv, and there was no adapter at (WalMart) for the ‘homemade trailer’ plug to a 7-prong. With daylight savings, the night was coming on fast- and no way I could go home -without tail lights. I went straight to the nearest TS. After helping me look for an adapter, Mr Woods discovered that manufacturers don’t commonly make that particular type of adapter (*antique* 4 to 7-prong). I finally realized that the trailer wiring needed to be switched out-but I am not very comfortable with wiring. I bought the new wiring/plug, and Mr Woods went with me and got the entire thing ready in less than 5 mins. Hooked everything up and I had lights 🙌🙏 I cannot thank this kind young man enough for helping me, but I can sing his praises: his patience, work ethic, kindness, and professionalism are “well-above and beyond” that of any employee I’ve come across in a long time. And I was 3 hours from home! Mr Woods is a genuine leader/example for others, and he truly saved the day. KUDOS to TS for hiring such great employees!

I actually delivered food to this location and everyone was helpful and nice. It was such a good experience. I have never bought anything here... Yet. That said, this is definitely the place Ill go from now on out they were so nice. Its so refreshing to walk into a place that has such courteous and helpful employees. As a delivery driver I was treated with kindness and respect and while there observed them going above and beyond to help a customer. Definitely check them out for your tractor and garden needs!

The man that works there(Steve) was very helpful and walked us 2 what we were looking for. He was very friendly. Enjoyed the time spent there.

Mostly an overpriced pickettes with poor customer service . With 15 minutes to close the will lock the door with you walking up . The dog food prices especially on victor or $4 to $10 higher with 10 pounds less than the other stores in town .

Always a go-to place for us.. and we live in town! Great place for bird and squirrel food as well as a great place for horse liniment. No, we dont have a horse. We use absorbing horse linament gel for aches and pains. Google for reviews on the stuff! Amazing. And, they have great pricing on it. If you havent ever visited, do so!

The employees at the Anniston location are amazing. I was there on Saturday night I was having car trouble and the lady came out before they close to find out if we was going to need anything before they shut the registers and lock the doors. There are still good people in this world

Customer service does not exist at the Anniston, AL location. Also when I checked out the lady tried to charge me full price for the item that was clearly marked for discount. I told her it was on discount and she said oh it was just marked incorrectly.

Shopping here is usually fun. Just enough of everything but not always just exactly what I need. 🤔 . Employees are not very interactive. Meaning chasing the few that are there down is frustrating. Sometimes I can catch pretty decent clothes at a good price when on clearance. Definitely an assortment of items.

Always find more than what I go for, prices Dont break the bank.

My experience was terrible I love the merchandise but the lady with the short legs did not even greet me when I came to the counter even after I had trouble finding what they told me they did not have which I found it but inside the rain suit or medium pants which were not the same as the suit around it not that that is the problem a problem is that I didnt get a friendly greeting after all that inconvenience I mean hey would have been fine but youre already a cashier who is unable to do many things are normal person that can do you would think that you would make up for all that and at least tell the customer Hi

Good place to shop for anything for tools to gardening to animal feed, tractor parts, fuel tanks, truck tool boxes and western wear.

Very nice young man welcomed us as we came in, we were interested in purchasing a lawn mower and after looking around we noticed they didn’t have one on display in the store so we talked to the young guy and he called for the women who worked in the back to help us with ordering one, turns out they don’t carry that specific kind at this location, that was very disappointing to us seeing as it was the only one that we liked on their website, also the older women had the worst attitude and wasn’t friendly at all and the restrooms were not clean

Returned birdseed because it had weevils in it. Was told that all their seed have weevils in it that it comes from the warehouse like that. Guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to buy birdseed.

My friend had some Muck boots that he tried for work but the left one still allowed his foot to get wet. He wiped them off and took them to this location. The cashier was friendly but the guy behind him said they can’t take back the boots because they were used so my friend said how do I know if they work if I don’t try them. Then the guy said they can’t take boots with mud on them because they can’t sell them like that. After giving a second look he realized there was alittle on the bottom so his girlfriend asked if she could clean it up in the bathroom and quickly the guy said not in our bathroom so we went to McDonald’s bathroom and cleaned them then brought them in for exchange. The guy who said “no” was nowhere in sight and when we went to the shelf to pick out our exchange there were boots dirtier than the boots we brought back so I took a photo. All the hassle and we were able to exchange in the end.

Ok so the people here are great. When they stay past the hours of operation just so that you can pick up your dogs food. That is customer service Yall! Always so helpful.

Its a nice place to shop but hard to tell what the prices are on some things. The was no prices on some things and others seemed to be in the wrong place.

Fuel pumps and tanks. Fertilizer and Poison as well sprayers and accessories. Pet Supplies and Foods and Treats also Deworming and Vaccination and other medications. An lots more!

Employees are friendly and helpful, but prices are getting out of hand in TSC. Looking up a new 24 bar for my husqvarna chainsaw, $30 more than competition. Purchased reflective strips for a small trailer, and later found them at less than half the price at Wal-Mart, same brand, size and quantity.

Went in to buy a pair of muck boots, when I look in the box and they have the security tag stuck through the rubber waterproof part of the boot! I talk to the manager about it and she tries to convince me that having a hole in the “waterproof” boot was ok. She then tells someone working there to take the brand new boot outside and fill it water and see if it leaks! Then she just walks off and doesnt say anything else to me. Needless to say I didnt stick around to watch a boot leak! Buyer beware I would not buy any boots from tractor supply!!
