Mike did a great job explaining my current issues to me on my 04 GMC Denali Xl. I called and they got me in same day. I had multiple broken brake lines, bad I know.Mike knew I needed the vehicle the next day and delivered. He gave me updates and found other leaking fluids. They fixed these additional issues and was upfront about the costs. They are a service auto shop that is part of the Costco parts and labor discount program. The guys at East Main Auto took the time to listen to my concerns on the vehicle. Thanks guys! Will be a back for future service.Side topic: Whoever in Range Rover that honked at me with my hazard lights on, didn’t understand my situation, was impatient, and had no idea my vehicles issue (basically no brakes hello).

Ive been an East Main customer for over a decade. Mike, Brad and the crew have always been great to work with. They dont go looking for unnecessary repairs, their prices are fair, and they are easy to deal with. They have kept a 20 year old car of mine running in good shape for almost nine years. They have answered a ton of questions from me over the years without losing their patience (at least not to my face), and I have usually run every car purchase I have made by them to get their thoughts. Their communication skills have gotten better over the years - they do good work, they are honest about when they can get the repairs done, and they will stay in contact about repair progress if thats what you need. I moved away from Anoka four years ago, but still make the drive to get my auto repairs done by them. Strong recommendation.

Are use this company for my anti-a lot through Life Saver. And every time I took my car in there and left I always had a problem with it. Now they’re not gonna be doing it anymore but I only went to this place because it was closer for me to go there very rude I told the man that I worked with to only charge my account a certain amount he took more out they refused to refund me the funds that he took out so I told him that I was going to dispute this and I am going to dispute it then I called the Life Saver company and they didn’t do anything about it this is a poor experience for me I really learn my lesson I pray to God that I never go through this again and I wish this company really divorce

Throughout my plethora of car problems, this place is by far my favorite and Ill be returning in the future for sure. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and the owner even took time out of his day to follow up with me to make sure the job was satisfactory.

I have been doing business with Main Street Goodyear tire and auto for about about six years and they have always been good to deal with. But recently they have been exceptional. I have 2009 Nissan Pathfinder and they have installed a radiator at a reasonable cost and did a great job! But what impressed me most is that I needed coil springs installed in the rear of the Nissan on a Friday after 3 pm and they had it done before they closed at 5:30. So I could tow a trailer the next day. Very impressed! Mike and Brad the owners are really great guys to work with and they are straight shooters. I would recommend these guys as long as they keep owning the business.

I love these guys and I try to steer as much business as I can to them. They are true small business owners and have been generous and have worked with me on repairs on vehicles in the past.Now that I am fortunate enough to have vehicles with warranties, I see them a bit less often but I do go to them for non-warranty work and tires. Even when I worked for a major dealership group, I still had these guys do all the work I needed. The major dealer group has millions of dollars and wouldnt miss my money. Mike and Todd and the guys at East Main are working hard every day to support their families and earn an honest living and I want to help support that any way I can.

After emailing for an estimate and calling to setup a visit - I got in and out same day - Everything about this place is great - excellent people to do business with and very well maintained waiting area, courteous with excellent customer service. explained possible upcoming services needed and very promptly repaired the vehicle. They had the best price and kept with their estimate. A+++ all around will be my new go-to auto repair for both of our vehicles.

I had my LED lights professionally installed aside from that my truck has never been in the shop until East main to get entered lock installed after leaving the shop I had noticed people flipping me off and flashing their high beams on me I had pulled up to a garage and noticed my drivers side headlight was up in the air not level like it used to be with the passenger side upon returning to the shop I was treated like an idiot how I was explained on hot what would have to be done to get to the headlights I pointed out that the camera wire for the inner lock device was right up against my headlight wire I was told 3 or 4 times that there is no way that they did anything to my headlight in my opinion any professional mechanic that enjoys their work and serving the public keeps would have said you know what will take a look at it and adjust it if it Needs these people just denied that they did anything to do with it although I have never had a problem every time I pulled up to a garage door my headlights were completely level and I leave their shop and theyre screwed up and they cant take responsibility for a 5 minute repair I think that is horrible

I cant say enough good things about this place. Mike, Brad, and Todd are the best. I started going there to change my oil when they worked in Arden Hills, and I followed them to Anoka when Mike and Brad opened their own shop. They are knowledgeable about my vehicles, never recommend more work than is necessary, and do what it takes to get to the bottom of an issue.

My sister in-law had been at Mercy Hospital for many days with her husband who was extremely ill. Weather has been bitterly cold and though her car started, found that one tire was flat and others very low on air. Knowing how exceptionally cold weather creates similar busy vehicle service centers I was prepared to receive little/no help when I called Anoka Goodyear on East Main. I was floored when “Mike” told me “no problem” and that I should just bring it in and they would take care of it. We have used East main for several years and these guys are great. Needed a quick oil change to take a long trip to attend a funeral once and they worked us in no problem. We use them for all our service needs and have never had a bad experience.

The AC was out on my 2002 Buick Regal; Id hope it was a matter of recharging (so to speak), but had other issues with the compressor... They proposed an option that helped keep costs under control and be a good fit given the age and use of my car. East Main has been handling our business fleet of vehicles as well as all of our personal vehicles, our childrens personal vehicles and many of our employees personal vehicles for years. This is a great shop that does good work at competitive prices. They have always been very helpful when it comes to booking an appointment and discussing exactly what it is that I want/need done. They have a fairly comfortable waiting area, but theyre also located right in downtown Anoka so if grabbing lunch, window shopping or coffee sounds better than sitting on a couch while you wait youre good to go! As far as quality of work is concerned Ive not had any issues as of yet, and I dont expect to. Even when things didnt go quite according to plan (having to special order some fluids) the staff was very helpful in explaining everything and getting the situation resolved. I also like that they clearly value their customers. Knowing who I am and what I drive when I come in. . . . HUGE in my book!

I went to Goodyear east main in anoka and got a simple oil change done on a 94 ford Mustang. i also paid for a full lubrication and inspection. i ended up with my main seals blowing out and the front end shot. they overfilled the oil and used the cheapest filter possible along with cheap super lightweight oil, along with not even touching ANY of my grease points throughout the entire car. no one in my entire neighborhood has ever gotten a good quality service from them through all the years of them being there. i will no longer take my car anywhere close to their shop again. Anywhere else is better then there.

EXCELLENT customer service! Mike got my total down from $454 to $382 by going online to find me some discounts. This shop is my new auto service place. No shop has ever done that, and he didnt have to do that.

Ive been using Anoka Goodyear for a few years now. I trust when they tell me something should be replaced, because they have also told me in the past when something didnt need to be replaced. Parking is tight, but its worth the trouble in my opinion.

My family purchased a coupon card from E. Main Auto for $80, which had 5 free oil changes on it and 5 $9.99 oil changes on it, amongst other coupons. Took my 2004 Saturn L300 there to get an oil change on Nov 8th 2014. After about an hour they came out and told me the oil filter housing was rotating when they tried to get the cap off. We decided to stop the oil change there and have it checked out elsewhere. Turns out, they did not use the proper tools to change my oil filter and damaged the bolt beyond repair. I now have to pay $200 to get the oil filter housing replaced, and E. Main Auto is claiming they are not liable for the damage they caused. I am now out $280 and fighting with this company to pay for their mistake, which they will not own up to. I will NEVER be going there again and will be discouraging anyone else from doing the same.

Ive heard theyve been here for awhile and my mom swears by them but im not as sure. A wait time of 15-45 mins is a luxury ive never recieved. Theyll tell you no more than an hour wait and youll wait 2 hours. Im sure theyre nice people but the wait time is rediculous. And this is with me making an appointment mind you. Ive waited 3 hours just for my car to get looked at before. As in before they do any work or give me a price estimate. Not saying this is a deal breaker for this place but its surely annoying.

We were loyal customers to the past owner and continued to take 2 of our cars there after the business changed hands. On April 22 the key refused to turn in the Saturn and we had the ignition cylinder replaced. I was told repairs were completed, walked to the shop only to find out the repairs were not completed. They gave me someone elses keys, I said they werent mine, but they insisted I take them. They dropped me off at home and a few minutes later I received a frantic call, they needed the other customers keys back. November 18th the key again refused to turn. My husband thought the repair would be under warranty and left the keys with the shop owner. A tow truck showed up at our home and towed the truck to the shop. I assumed my husband authorized the tow and found out later he hadnt heard anything from the shop and didnt know they towed the car. East Main Tire (EMT) never called to discuss the repairs. November 22nd I dropped by to see what progress was being done. They had taken out the airbag and said they were having difficulty getting the ignition out and were trying to make repairs without voiding the warranty. I asked for a cost estimate and they wouldnt give me one since they were talking with GM. They said repairs would be done Monday the 25th; they were not. Late November 27th, my daughter received a voice mail on her cell phone asking her to have my husband call. November 28th they were closed for Thanksgiving. November 29 he called EMT and they said the steering column was replaced and the repairs would be over $500. My husband asked again if it was covered under the lemon law since this was the third repair for the same problem and was told it was not. We drove to EMT to pick up the car and discovered repairs were still not completed. November 30 my daughter received a call on her cell phone, the car repairs were complete. The repair took 13 days (nonworking days are included) and we received very poor communication from the shop.
