The staff were so nice they went above and beyond what I expected, I had an issue ordering siding from ABC and they actually took the time to call ABC so I could actually get my siding. ABC is the main distributor of the siding I needed, ABC were not going to help me because Im not a contractor. However Hanson building took the time on the phone to call ABC even though ABC is their competition just to help me. No words can truly express my gratification for them helping me to get the product I needed to match the siding on my garage. Seriously dont go anywhere else this is the first stop you want to go to even if they dont carry it they will do their best to help you. I recommend Hanson building materials to everyone, thank you so much Hanson building materials for your help on my situation could not have done it without you.

They get one star because there is not a zero! The owner lies to your face and pretends to fix issues. This company os a sleazy snake. I will make sure to put an 4x4 sign in our yard telling all the potential new homeowners to NOT allow hanson brothers to do their siding!

The people helping with your orders are generally rude. The ordering process is slow and the email address is confusing. Once you send your order it takes up to 5 days to get a response. Then you have to wait to pay to actually get anything ordered. Frustrating!!!!!
