Came by to buy a new phone at 10:15am and they were to be open at 10am and no one was around. I waited for some time and no one showed up. Took my business elsewhere. Even called and no one answered and couldnt leave a message because they dont have an answering machine.

This place is really a joke. The operator is always... I mean always out of everything that he displays and should have including phones, chargers, cases. He barely speaks understandable English. Dont waste your time here, at least go to the Coon Rapids location.

Usually always go to the Coon Rapids location, but since they didnt have the phone I was looking for, I decided to try the Anoka one. Its closer to home, so it worked out. I tried calling to see if they had what I was looking for, no answer. Tried an hour later, no answer. So I went in. I walk in and this lady is sitting on FaceTime with an obvious friend. I could hear the phone in back ringing, not once did she set down her phone to answer the store phone. I will never return to this location. If youre looking for amazing customer service, check out the coon rapids location.

Under new management great service and staff very friendly and attended to my needs on making a good phone selection.

I went to go pay my phone so my service wont get discontented. The sign on the door & own thier websit say they close at 6 OClock. Its 4:30 pm and no one is there. Very unperfectional

Ive called the number listed on here and on the METROPCS probably 8 times, and its never been picked up.

Have to admit that Metro PCS closes anytime they want to regardless of their business hours? I just showed up at 6:44 and they are closed already??? On the door at the store it says open till 7? And online says 9pm??? Whats really going on???
