I have worked here three times. Spanning 20 some years at different times. Always a good place to fall back on to make some cash quick. Not much money in terms of pay, but they paid weekly. The shop leadership in the office was horrible when I worked there, but the coworkers on the floor were awesome. Most days, they are incredibly under staffed and you have to break your back keeping up with several machines at once. The leadership in the office, NOT on the floor says it can be done, but I never, not once, saw them practice what they preached. I am talking about the Supervisors that sit in their office most of the shift. Not the leads on the floor. The leads were awesome!
It is by far the best place I have ever loaded. Always feel welcome there. Everyone is friendly. Paperwork is alway ready when I arrive. Jason the loader is fast and smooth. Never more then 20 minutes in the dock.
It wasnt a bad job at first, very easy, quickly caught unto, them bam making money, not the hardest work sounds perfect? Wrong, All of their saftey equipment is outdated and barely ive witnessed people be terminated because the supervisor Doesnt like their personality Ive experienced and to endure being bashed and made fun of over a complain to high higher up. Bad mistake, lost my job. If you HAVE to work here keep it short, everyone hates their jobs, and will take it out on you, thanks.
