Me and my family just came from shopping at Target at around 6:45 on a Thursday. While walking around there was a group of six approximately 13 year old boys walking around very loudly. One without a shirt on. They walked in a group through the Electronics department which I assume got the attention of security because I saw a woman security guard appear keeping her distance but watching them. Good. Shell kick them out if theyre up to no good. Nope. I was wrong. My wife witnessed them pop the keys off keyboards in the gaming section, nobody said or did nothing. A few minutes later we were in the grocery section. The group appeared at the end of the aisle, loud and goofing around. I saw one lift up a watermelon. It was clear what was about to happen. I walked towards them and they all quickly vacated the pet aisle. Sure enough, the watermelon was smashed in the middle of the aisle, pieces of it everywhere. Since nobody else on your staff was clearly going to say anything, I chose to. They were dismissive saying it wasnt them. The one who was engaging us said yo, if it was me Id be running. The other members of the group realizing I was calling them out, trying desperately to get the attention of any Target store employee, the security guard now suspiciously nowhere to be found, anybody besides me, the customer trying to address the situation. Nope. Nobody cared. We tried to get the manager, but then the security guard appeared. Not to go after the kids who were just sitting outside the front door loitering, but to explain and I quote Im not allowed to follow them around the store. They didnt break anything when I was watching them. It was unreal. So I saw her watching them at one point, but she stopped following them to monitor their activity that was clearly going to be destructive not only to the store but to other shoppers experience. I was flabbergasted. If this is your corporate policy its a joke and well be taking our business anywhere. Im going to file this complaint with corporate too. Your store turning a blind eye to wanton destructiveness and instead of addressing and leaving it up to a customer to do so was absolutely shameful. Shame on you as a business.

Target is always clean, well-kept and carries everything I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I often find great items at great prices. Its my go-to store for everything from toothpaste to dresses (Knox Rose!)

It’s generally well-kept and the staffers are nice people, but don’t pick up online orders here and actually expect to receive what you paid for. Pretty much every time I’ve tried that here, they’ve swapped stuff out (despite the website marking what I actually wanted as in stock) without telling me, and it’s almost always been with something not as good as what I ordered. A couple times they tried giving me something I couldn’t even use. It’s a super annoying practice they have here, so avoid it you can.They also tend to understaff their front end, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a while to check out.

Great customer service from the guy in the electronics department. He was very helpful. Im giving it four stars because they didnt answer the phone all day and they do not carry bike locks. How can you sell any bikes, especially Schwinn bikes over $200 and not sell bike locks?

It is great to go to a store and being able to purchase items in-store.

Much prefer over Walmart. Cleaner, brighter and better selection. Masks optional right now. Has a small Starbucks inside.

I went into the store yesterday to pick up a few things, the clearance aisle for the girls section was really great, I was able to find a lot of nice things for my daughter. However the store was just a total mess, and it was really hard to find things. I also noticed when I went into the grocery section the melons were going really bad. And some of the veggies were over ripened. I’m not sure if it was because I went in after 4pm ...The last time I went it was early in the morning and the store was fully stocked and well-maintained. Would’ve given more stars if the place was cleaner!

It received outstanding assistance today with Ryan in electronics. Ryan was helpful, polite and friendly. I appreciate his positive attitude and his ability to explain in a way for me to understand. Ryan is a great asset to Target.

Awesome this store has gotten better cause now they have self paying cashier so it is alot quicker. They have everything you need and want it is a bit more then other stre but quality is better

I love the environment of target. It’s so stylish and uplifting. As my mother and I were looking for a vacuum, a staff member was so helpful and even went to the back to find the vacuum we were looking for. Also, as we were checking out, the cashier was very friendly and made a conversation with us. Also, mom and I were shocked by how low the total came to for the dorm furniture and essentials.

I ordered something online to pick up in store. When I got there the cashier told me it would be ready in a few mins (even though I had already gotten the email that said it was ready for pick up) After waiting about 45 mins I was told the order was canceled because the item was no longer in stock.A total waist of my time! Next time I’ll go to Walmart instead, and probably save money too!!

Someone charged $12.75 on a credit card of mine at this store this afternoon, couldn’t get a live person on the phone despite 8 phone calls. If they’d have answered, could’ve ID’d the perp, but oh well.

The Target staff in Ansonia, CT makes it incredibly easy. They are safe, courteous, thorough, fast, cheerful, and accurate. They check the order contents and then encourage me to check the contents. Fantastic experience.

If you are hispanic watch out because some of their staff will assume that you are there to change prices or steal. I just came from their store I bought some groceries and pay for them. Apart was going to pay for some eyeshadows for my daughter and as always the price did not match the label in the shelf. Their employee insinuated that I took the label in order to get it cheap. She even told me that she was going to see the video that was filmed. When I told her that was she was implying was wrong and that I wanted to see the video. 3 employees of the store came one of them security. This three were polite and try to fix the situation, but how can you fix an implication like that? It was very humiliating. Just because they did not do they job putting their prices correctly. I will never shop in Target again knowing that they discriminate because you are hispanic, even if you can pay whatever they sell.

Went looking foe one thing and the young man intbe easter section went to help me dodnnot find as leaving told me to check some of the baskets in the grocery section

Love target. Whether is quick bite to eat or stop in shopping. They usually have a good Aray of items Im looking for or items I cant get at similar stores. The prices are higher, and lines usually longer as 2 registers is all thats normally open but its clean and quiet to shop in. Hard to locate a store member when you need something unless your in the area of electronics with the call button and usually they are not always the most friendly. I try to avoid asking for help as much as possible for this reason.

This Target is very clean and it is easy to find everything. The cashiers are very nice. My kids love getting the free popcorn. This Target has a Pizza Hut, and a Starbucks.

It said my order would be ready in 4 hours but it was readying 2 hours.

I knew what I wanted, I found it with the help of employee Heather, who was incredibly kind and insightful. It was ultimately a pleasant experience.

Every time we visit there is only one cashier and a line with people who are buying carts full of stuff. They need to open an echoes lane or at least another register. I learnt you can buy items at the lunch counter or pharmacy... (Good if you only have a few items)

I called to look for a Nabi charge and they did not have the charger in store but the person that assisted me over the phone in the Electronics dept this morning was very helpful and she gave great customer advice. Overall the service is great, clean location and great value.

It’s a convenient location. Other than that the staff is always extremely rude. I even asked to talk to a manager once, she was just as rude as the staff. This place needs to fire everyone and start from scratch.

The 12month, the planets above, the moon and Sun in the sky all give us our life. ( We) consider ourselves smart but we are are playing this fools game. This is not a Walmart ad but a time to wake up. Religion, government, the world itself, E=MC(theory) a myth, all water you drink, your lifes just a lie and we are in a time to wake up. Some will get it and most will not. We are taught to mock what we dont understand, that does not make it right. Theories our life and ideas are based on proven incorrect yet not the biggest news of our time. Instead we waste in this box. The creators of The sciences knew and spoke of these things but today you are taught not to. Two dimensional paper is not enough for the world and what it truly is. It takes seconds to search and a minutes to understand. You have this 1 life and when it is over, would you want to come back to this world built on our blood? No more lies and disgust.

I dont know what happened to this place. It used to be super clean, but lately its been a mess. Check out the shoe department, it looks like a warzone!

Really nice big target. I spent a little more than I intended but that was ok, I really needed the stuff. Not the tidiest store, but the staff are friendly and the bathrooms pass.

I Have never really had the best experiences in this store. They are busy and understaffed. The new self checkout system is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. The fact that it requires an associate to take your money anyway defeats the point of self check out. Then only have 1 associate on a register. I tried to price match to Walmart for baby food pouches and the service desk associate said she couldnt because it wasnt coming up in her system. I showed her the walmart app which featured the in store and online price (.21$ difference) and she still said she couldnt change it. My cart full of items stayed there. Disappointed because I love target but arguing over .21$ seems petty.

Who doesnt like Target ! Start out with the aisle with $1 - 3 section, pretty decent clothing, shoes, etc. And you can get dinner and a movie also.

This target is always clean, and the staff is always nice whenever I interact with them. Its a great place to get whatever you need, they even have a grocery area.

Honestly, Im not a regular Target shopper...but when I do come here, its ok. Theyve got a fresh produce department...which is a nice plus..if for some reason you cant/dont want to run across the street to Big Y. I find that the overall quantity of the stock of the store is good, except their clothing/shoe departments.Theyve got a Starbucks inside; as well as a PIzza Hut. Ive never personally tried the Pizza Hut, but I imagine its like all of the other locations. Starbucks seems to have the usual line-up.

I live relatively close to Target and will never shop here again. Apparently they have some sign in bold letters clearly stating this product can only be exchanged for the same exact item. That item can not even be issued store credit either with the receipt...ridiculous!!! So I ask thr store manager to show me that sign. We walk all the way to the area and not one sign stating such. Still no credit issued back!!! Still state that is store policy and that it was there for three years haha haha yeah sure!!!! Horrible customer service Target/Natalie, Wal-Mart now has all of my business. Thanks

Within about an hour I placed an order and you folks shopped for me. In ten minutes it was ready and I drove over and picked it up. I didnt have much time for this today and thanks to Target I didnt need it.
